Location was great and car parking on site
Noise from extractor fans at the pub kept us awake all night, it was way too warm to close windows. Bed was very hard and the shower had black mould on it. Toilet seat underneath was yellow and not been cleaned for a while. For the price we expected comfortable bed and cleanliness

Good location and friendly staff. Enjoyed breakfast watching the rowers on the river Dee.
The room ensuite was not clean, and hadn't been cleaned for some time. The shower had black mold and scrum and the corners of the ensuite and room had bits dirt, fluff and cobwebs.

A nice 10 min walk along the river to Chester city centre. Room large and comfortable with a good selection of drinks and biscuits, plus 2 bottles of water. Great choice on the breakfast menu, generous portions. We also ate at the restaurant and again food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were all so pleasant and helpful, we really couldn't fault them! The room itself was really well appointed with a comfortable bed, clean, well-equipped bathroom and a really nice seating area. The lighting options were really handy too. The floating beer garden looked fab, but the rain got in the way of our plans for a relaxing evening drink overlooking the river. We'll definitely be back and look forward to trying it then.
Really clutching at straws here, but the room was quite hot and stuffy. However, it was a very warm day and was rather lovely to sit with the patio door open to cool down a bit. It definitely wouldn't put me off returning.

The room was spotless,the bar and restaurant is a few yards away with an amazing outdoor terrace,the food was excellent and not too far to walk into Chester,and parking virtually outside the accommodation, I'm not sure of her name (could be Sally) but she was excellent.
The first night was noisy till 3am but that was because this woman either arguing or talking very loud, but that wasn't the fault of the establishment.

The location was amazing, views for breakfast were lovely and breakfast was pleasant.
We got bites while staying there, the bathroom was dirty and there was allot of dust in the apartment for the cost of the room compared to others I expected a little more.

Lovely room, decory great and comfy bed. Good facilities with filter coffee a nice touch. Good wifi.
Very close to the river in a quiet setting but close to the town and attractions.
All the staff were great, helpful efficient and happy.
Food in the restaurant overlooking the river was excellent. Breakfast had a great variety, good quality and cooked well.
The room was a bit warm. Fan was provided but didn't want this on overnight due to the noise.
Tv signal in the room wasn't great.
