Bed only had duvet so very hot, not air conditioning.
Housekeeping was hit and miss. Failed to wipe bathroom counter of toothpaste splash
One morning had to have a cold shower as there was no hot water.( we had two rooms both had no hot water)
On weekends no one around to engage with outside of the breakfast service

Wonderful
Lovely large, comfortable room. Close to street full of shops and good places to eat. Easy stroll into city centre. Fridge in room, milk and water provided.
Very good breakfast but you were asked to choose time at check innot a prob but pointless as majority of guests seem to choose same time. No self service even for juice, cereal etc so you have to ask for everything.

We stayed at this hotel last night and it was one of the loviest places we have stayed for a long time. Everything about staying here was perfect. The service was great, people very hospitable and the rooms were really comfy, lots of extras, free safe, mini fridge with milk and water, big bed and very comfy, shower was really nice and it was very quiet. The breakfast was amazing and Chester was 10 min walk away. The Shanghai chines across the road was 10 star, it was one of the loviest sweet and sour meals we have ever had, the service was also brilliant, we travel a lot and its very rare that you get a hotel, food, location and feeling comfortable all at once, sometimes one thing is missing but not here, we will definitely be back and have already suggested it to our wider family. Thank you Jack and Dillion.

Nice big bed . Lots of eateries in the area . Nice breakfast served in small dining room . Staff very helpful . Our room was nice and big with 2 good chairs to sit in .
That I had only 1 night in it , would like other stays to be this good .

Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and excellent. Unfortunately no evening meals, and the 2 coldest restaurants were closed.
Evening meals not available. But the staff said they were going to start soon. Considering the quality of the breakfast, I'm sure the evening meals will be top class.
