Lovely hotel, I held my wedding here in 2017 and turns out its better now than it was then. The staff are really welcoming , polite and helpful. The restaurant and bar had good vibes and reasonable pricing, the food was pretty good too but did take some time to come out if im being honest , that being said it is summer holidays and very busy so as expected really. Cleanliness of the facilities and the hotel room was top notch, comfortable and not at all loud but then we was at the very end of the hotel so if there was any noise im not likely going to hear it. I booked very last minute, and arrived within the hour of booking, reception was on the ball and I wasnt at all waiting like I expected to.
Me and my partner went on a date night to the cinema, it was late viewing and we didnt get back to the hotel until 11.30pm. Luckily another member of the public staying at the hotel seen us and asked a member of staff to let us in. What we didnt know when we booked it, neither was we made aware is that there is apparently a curfew. We only stayed the one night so we didnt ask any questions once we were in. But id definitely recommend asking about that before you book if you plan to be out late.

The standard of the hotel was high and there was a very relaxed atmosphere. The outside area was a great area to sit and enjoy either food or drink.
The breakfast buffet selection area was a bit on the limited side and in some cases run out, although there was a reasonable selection of choices for the cooked to order menu.

Breakfast dining is not at normal tables, with normal chairs.. it’s in the bar area, raised tables & chairs or comfy relaxing chairs, neither suitable for eating.
