The rooms where clean and spacious and the location was perfect
It was very noisy outside in the morning there was a race event in the course opposite not sure if that was where the noise was coming from but we were woken up at 6am by the noise.

Great location for the city centre or racecourse. Friendly and welcoming staff. Everything we needed in the room, plenty of space for both us and our dog. Comfortable bed, great shower. 11am checkout. Free croissants in the morning.

The location is fantastic. Its perfect if youre either working or on a weekend break / holiday. Its easy to walk within minutes to the racecourse and if youre lucky you get a view of the course. Its also barely a couple of minutes walk into the city and its array of bars, restaurants and shops. Its also got ample parking and is great value for the location. Also easy to locate if driving.

A bit of a walk from Chester station but once there, literally minutes away from the centre. Lovely, modern spacious rooms. We didnt use the kitchen facilities much but could see there were definitely a good range of appliances and everything you needed. Friendly staff and nice touch for grab and go complimentary breakfast.
Clean but definitely a touch dusty, wouldnt put us off staying again though. Also the oven was broke so no pastries available for breakfast which was a shame not to be able to try but still a very nice idea of juices/coffee and fresh fruit etc.
