Im just glad I wasnt driving for the parking lane way at the rear of the property, but it was no bother for my husband

Lots of space, great location, loved the extra touches like handwash/washing up liquid as saves you having to buy extras, fantastic view over river, extremely comfortable bedding which smelled amazing, great communication from Chris the owner, private parking space
Parking was a bit tight but once we sussed out best positioning it was fine, just take it slow

A lovely house with its own river frontage, a short walk through the park to the heart of Chester and parking as well. Rondeva certainly ticked all the boxes. Good communication from Chris as well.

Chris was very helpful and made sure we were ok, checking in with us via text. The location was superb and we found the house very comfortable.
Parking was a bit tight but thats just because we had a large hire car.

really great spot next to the river , 5 mins walk to the centre shops and cafes and just across from the lovely Grosvenor Park . Very well kitted out , the house was lovely and warm when we arrived and there was a Welcome Bottle of Prosecco which was lovely . One parking space outside and such a lot of space in the house , tv with Netflix etc , all very comfortable and really well furnished .

Great property well decorated for the festive holiday. Stunning views over the River Dee. Fabulous location in a quiet residential area, yet perfect for the city centre. Will definitely return, bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. Thanks Chris.
