Lovely apartment, great location and perfect for 4 people.
Difficult to find, the directions given weren't clear at all, tried to call the hotel 4 or 5 times but no answer so ended up asking in a pub. We also have one shower down which wasnt a huge issue but worth mentioning. Unable to open the windows in one bedroom which made it quite uncomfortable for us. That being said, would go back and take a fan.

A small bed and not the king sized in the description.
I am not a fan of glass portioned toilets visible to all corners of the room because of the mirrors
One tea-bag in the draw. I know times are hard but....
Shutters above ceiling skylight were open with no way of closing, so we were awake at 6.30am with sun streaming in.

The location is right in the centre Chester and within walking distance of most attractions. The was very comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need. The staff were excellent - very efficient and friendly .

This is a quirky place and advertises it well. If you like chain hotels then this is not the place for you.
This was a Monday night stay, so very quiet and probably not reflective of the weekend, but it seems like it would be a lot of fun then.
Anything would be rather picky here. Bubble bath for the open bath maybe and probably not enough tea bags for the tea drinking monsters we are.
