It was open I would like my money returned and the cost of additional hotel aswell as I had come all the way from Cornwall after looking after my mum with dementia for a break just broke down crying very upset and can't believe no one was notified

We stayed on a bed and breakfast included basis. Dined in the restaurant on one occasion. Comfortable bed. B&B was good value through Booking.com. Plenty of hot water.
Not much continental breakfast offered, simply cereal or whole fruit. The bath had wide strips of a sand paper type of substance which was very uncomfortable. Most hotels have a rubber mat which can be used if needed.

Location, grounds, Breakfast excellent
Bathroom door didnt close properly- sticking, no lock. Curtains had come off hooks Room looking tired and in need of decoration - slightly shabby Sound on TV kept going off. Mattress a bit soft and bouncy Tortuous route to bedroom 301 whilst carrying case etc

The bed was very comfortable and firm. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The only negative was that although we both had hot main course one of the plates was cold.

loved the room and was very clean and comfortable. enough room and bedding. was nice that the heating was off on arrival so could sort for ourselves and it was not too hot. breakfast was ok, would have liked a menu choice./
Tv sound was not good. reported to reception. I had to ask what was on the menu for breakfast. I have allergies, and it makes it difficult to make a choice if no menu, and nor offered the menu choice.

Staff were great. The room was decorated tastefully. The room was very clean. There was plenty hot water for baths. The breakfast was good (cereal, fruit, full welsh breakfast, toast). Plenty of parking. Sat nav found hotel easily

Excellent Breakfast. Friendly Staff . The manager helped me print out a few bits that I had left behind. We will definitely be going back when we are in the area. well worth a visit and great value for money.
Absolutely nothing stands out at what could have been better. There was lots of space for parking, the food was hot and portion size was good. Lots of friendly faces and bar prices were very reasonable.

Love the place and staff, nice area and pretty quiet. Rooms are okay.
Could do with a refurb but theres not much to not like really, had problems with TV this time, volume kept going off for some reason and channels kept loosing signal. Luckily had my laptop and wifi is good.

Lovely staff and fab location.
property needs a bit of TLC. Beds are small - feet hanging over the end and was just two single beds put together ! heating didn't work. Bar area small, stood at the bar waiting for someone to move. Breakfast was nice but lacked any atmosphere.
