Dinner was excellent and staff in bar were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and friendly.
Pool closed at 7pm rather than 9pm like other hotels. Lift was slow

Beautiful traditional hotel in a fab location with easy access to the centre
Rooms were very very hot however we did have a fan

We've always liked the mill itself, location is very good for town and all amenities. Food lovely ,the conservatory for eating in is relaxing very good
One criticism is that the room we we're in was a little on the small size ,the bathroom was really small and trying to get into the bath which was rather high especially for folk of are age
