Location good for walking into city, Good breakfast with staff helpful towards my Gluten allergy. Super comfy bed!

The first rooms bed was not good at all. we got moved which was a lot better they need new pillows they are hard and flat which hurt your ears.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of options. Loved the fact that brown toast was an option. Hotel only a short walk along the canal to bus station, city centre and catherdral. Staff friendly and helpful.

Needs curtains in room, black out blind was badly fitted so was awake very early
Room needed updating. Stayed here twice before and rooms all nicely fitted out. Yesterdays room needed new furniture
