Wonderful
Location good, right on the canal. Close to the town without being in it. Staff friendly, Breakfast excellent with attentive staff. Very clean. Pleasant bar area.
South facing room was hot even at this time of year. Would be unbearable in the summer. Having to have the window open meant noise from the road bridge close by. Bed a little lumpy but better than some I have endured. Bathroom taps and toilet dripped a bit. The short cut into the town was a little murky which is outside the hotels control and easily avoidable.

We thought the staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. The location to City of Chester was very convenient
We were a little disappointed with our room, it was a pretty average room for the price and compared to the Holiday Inns we stayed at in our trip which would be rated as budget our Mill room was slightly less favorable to those rooms

The staff were really welcoming and helpful. The pool was a fantastic addition for entertaining the children. Great location for the city sights and walls. The breakfast was hot and tasty and good choice. The carpark was a great price and location to the hotel.
The bathroom needed a little attention on the bath panel small crack but other than that the rooms were really big for a family of 4 and comfy beds. Could have done with a fridge in the room and accessible switches on the lamps.

The location was gorgeous and so close to town
And the spa pool was lovely but not as accessible as it could be with a stair lift
Our room was clean just a matter of a stai on the sheet.
The dining area was very dark and dreary but clean

Great location - easy 5-10 min walk to the centre of Chester and by the canal.
Great breakfast
The Spa was lovely and staff were friendly
The shower and bathroom could benefit from an upgrade and the lighting was a little low.
