Fair
The staff were lovely and friendly
The room was very dated the bathroom was very dirty scum all over the bathroom tiles and no aircon so the room was that hot we couldn’t sleep. I did message the hotel via bookings online app in the night to ask for an aircon unit but didn’t get any response

Wonderful
The hotel was modern, staff were very good. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. The room was clean. I had a peaceful sleep, bed was very comfortable. Tv was big.
Hotel was quite a distance from the city centre but there is a bus stop outside the building.

Pleasant
Clean, good breakfast, overall staff were very helpful
Tried to book in just before 3pm but was told room not ready, check in is 3pm. Tried again at 3pm was told they are doing final check on room ( this does not happen) tried to book in at 3.07 was told still not ready. This really spoilt our experience

Good
Breakfast was nice and plenty of variety. nice dining room for the breakfast not cramped. There was nice ice cold water from a dispenser in the foyer
Room was quite small as was the bathroom. Bottles of water were not replenished throughout the 4 night stay had to go to the foyer to get fresh water from a dispenser. The replenished towel was left on the bed not in the bathroom.
