Location was perfect
Booked a double room which was 2 beds put together, they weren't fixed properly and kept drifting apart, shower could have done with a clean, tiles were very moldy and the ceiling, youngsters outside early hours shouting and singing, woke us up about 1.30 in morning, went on for a good hour ...overall excellent location but bit disappointed with the the room ...

The location was good.
The property felt like it was long over due being refurbished , the breakfast we walked out one morning as the quality was poor. The second night both guests in seperate rooms were woken up by other guests knocking on their doors at 3 am.

Great location
The room was average. There was a massive stain on the carpet which was also very worn.
The room had three steps leading to where the bed was, the first step was broken and we had to step over incase we tripped. The sink in the bathroom had multiple cracks. The kettle was awful, needed replacing or De-scalling.

Good central location
Outdated and run down bedroom. Public corridors and stairwells needed a good clean, used ear cleaners lying around, dirt, dust etc. Bathroom in room was outdated but usable. The day before check in, I received an email advising the bar was closed as was the restaurant for evening meals, one of the reasons I had booked was to make use of these facilities, as a lone traveller I often feel more comfortable of an evening dining/drinking where I am staying, I couldn't cancel my booking because I'd have lost money. Wouldn't return here.
