Wonderful
Perfect location for a visit to Chester. Comfortable welcoming great old building, so don't expect modern and you'll be happy. Great value too.
Couldn't open the windows

Very Poor
I booked this on the way to Chester, when we arrived we got a telephone call to say they had over booked and we would get a refund back, we then had to book in the Leonardo hotel, they blamed booking.com for not taking it the system

Location
Tired and shabby decor. Very poor breakfast options. Bar facilities poor Mismatched cutlery. Poor quality ingredients, bread and coffee. Things missing from menu, black pudding. Continental options very poor. Windows not clean. In all seemed penny pinching. Which was a shame.
