Very useful for town centre bus station and and transport for zoo.
Cost of breakfast toilet hadn't been cleaned TV wasn't tuned but both were rectified by reception.

The room was like a sauna, extremely warm and the shower was just very hot no matter what setting it was on. Too hot to actually stand under the flow of water.

The check in was good.
The deluxe king room we booked was nice and spacious.
Very disappointed in the breakfast choices. Nothing was chilled on the continental table. (Warm milk, unchilled yogurt, 1 choice of fruit and no coffee machine, only thermos pumps serving coffee or hot water!!)
Hotel needs updating.
No atmosphere in restaurant or bar.

The location
We stayed in room 106, the room was dated, dirty, dusty, cob webs on light fittings, mould in the bathroom, shower gel bottle was empty. The room appeared that it hadn’t been cleaned in months Room was over looking a roof top full of litter. Cob webs all over the windows. Very warm in the room, no fan supplied.

Didn’t have breakfast as it was self service location good
Felt insecure in the room as the pipes outside made it possible for break ins also room was very hot and the fan was too small to make a difference and there was also a lot of noise from pigeons which kept us awake

Waited to long to be seated. Had to go and get personal from check in desk. Even after ringing the bell. Poor quality food. Bar was empty meaning no drinks. Shut most of the time.
