Very peaceful
Very tired and needs updating. The bathroom was terrible with bath panel basically falling apart, cracked floor tiles. We paid an extra £50 to upgrade to stay in main hotel but wished we hadn't. Went to the bar and only had 1 choice of latger as ran out of the other 2.

Plenty of parking. Nice building and surroundings and green space. Great pool and spa facilities. Decent sauna and steam rooms. Good food. Nice and pleasant staff. Good sized rooms and bathrooms.
Price of some of the food.
Signs of dampness on walls and ceilings in the pool area.
Rooms a bit dated threadbare carpets.
No smart tv and poor signal for normal terrestrial channels 1-5.
WiFi signal not great in rooms.

The drain smell, the decor, tatty and alike a place I would pay under £60 a night for yet it was over £150 with no breakfast

Comfy big bed
Tired decor, slow breakfast service, poorly cooked breakfast, booked and pre paid for spa treatments and was asked to pay again as they had no record of payment. Once proved payment,no apology given and wasted 20 mins of spa time.

The property needs to be upgraded the rooms are a good size and it is nice to use the pool although the regulars who use the pool don’t like having other people using the pool.
There are no staff available!
I waited for a good 5 mins to book in the reception had only one person working and was on a break when we arrived.
No other members of staff were available to help.

Nice pool, steam and relaxing area. Nice big room. Nice that you can open windows. Was a quiet room, nice house keeping lady and reception staff were nice
Showers are temperamental really hot and then cold.
Breakfast was really bad, hot breakfast was horrible, stale burnt sausages, over fried eggs, stale baps. Continental was limited,
Extra supplement cost for avocado £5! That’s horrendous
Tables in restaurant never clean it’s so dusty and dirty this hotel, mostly things were broken, leak coming through in ceiling in room 211, beds not attached together so you can feel the middle in your spine.
Dinner inspired by Atul was really bad! More like a chicken korma than tikka masala
King pray fry with pepper it was tossed in cumin instead!! Horrendous!

Lack of plug outlets, heater in room didn’t work . Very dated decor tv didn’t get signal for channels
rooms were clean just for the price I’d expect nicer . Food very expensive at hotel , no safe in the room , no fridge either

I like how friendly and accommodating the staff were.
Hi I stayed at the hotel over the weekend and was very disappointed with the quality of the room for the amount I had paid to stay there. The breakfast was also very overpriced for what was on offer. The prices of the food and drink was high also.

Pool was re-opened
I chose this hotel for the pool. I even rang the hotel the day before we were due to arrive to check it was open. On arrival the pool was closed for the day! This had been scheduled for 5 days. Poor poor management / communication.
Food - over priced and not very good. Kids didn't even finish - Mac cheese awful - i wanted a greek salad - no olives in stock
Drinks - wanted to treat the kids to cocktails - no ingredients - smoothies - no ingredients
Lift not working - carpets worn right through in room

The location is good, situated in a quiet area. Leisure facilities are good very helpful staff. Bar is expensive, 2 drinks for £16 is a little expensive. £24 for breakfast is extortionate for nothing special.
Helpful gentleman on reception. Could benefit air conditioning.
Poor room facilities I.e. tea coffee
Attitude of Hannah on reception needs improvement, not helpful and everything was a struggle.
