Wonderful
Lovely location but best of all the staff are amazing they are so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast the sausage skins are so tough and tomatoes hard, they need to be cooked until soft.

I loved the spa facilities and the staff were lovely.
Wasn’t anything I didn’t like however we did find slight mould in our bathroom and a few cobwebs. And the chairs in our room were ripped. Just needs wear and tear sorting

On arrival we sat at the bar after a 4 hour drive one large red wine and a small plastic bottle of fanta orange £22 absolutely disgusting, no fridge in the room and the location is not the best

The location suited me and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was also good.
There was no milk provided in the room, the bin had not been emptied following the previous occupants. The furnishings were rather worn with scratched woodwork and the mattress springs were failing too. Noise from adjacent rooms not good either. The worst thing however was the evening meal I ordered - highly overpriced for such poor quality, i.e. £18.00 for a pizza made with a bought-in base (it was awful too). See the Google reviews re. how bad the food is here at night - wish I’d have checked this first myself!

Just the fact that the ladies toilet floor seemed to have been washed with strong bleach. When I put my bag on my shoulder my skirt was splashed. Not a complaint but it was upsetting
