I like the breakfast, lovely big room and hotel grounds.
I didn’t expect that there would be no fridge in the room.
Rooms are dated, some ripped carpet noted, the bathtub is clogged, and the sofa is worn out already.

No tea/coffee, milk sugar in room for arrival. However, when i called receptionin the morning, a lovely lady brought some up to our room.

Great location and set in fabulous grounds
The site needs a damn good maintenance person ! And new cleaners
Radiators so hot you could shoe horses off of them .. whilst it’s 31 degrees outside.
Taps falling out of their fittings
Only one plug in the room to use.
The room had dead mosquitoes stuck to the ceiling and Wanstead replenished with tea / coffee / milk
Damp smell and dated and worn everywhere… the place has seen better days.

Ordered room service rang after an hour of waiting to be told they weren't doing pizzas that night and was just about to ring me

The location, cleanliness, staff were really helpful & friendly & made a fuss of our little dog. We like the fact the hotel is dog friendly.
Food & drinks & especially the cost of breakfast was a bit pricey.

The hotel was in lovely grounds and my room.was very nice and comfy.
I went to use the spa and specially the sauna and the sauna was broken .other than that everything was all good
