In 38 acres of peaceful grounds, just 15 minutes from Chester, this beautifully preserved Edwardian manor has a fantastic restaurant, free Wi-Fi, a log fire and charming individually decorated rooms. Originally built in 1915, Inglewood Manor is a delightful country house with all the warmth and charm of a lavish family home. Grade II listed, the building is rich in historic character and beautiful original features, including elegant oak-paneled rooms, spacious balustraded terraces and acres of manicured lawns. There are 29 comfortable rooms with attached bathroom, including a mixture of executive and standard rooms. All rooms have glorious views and are individually decorated, with their own unique charm. The restaurant offers superb English and continental cuisine, created by a team of award-winning chefs. Fishing, walking and tennis are available in the grounds and Inglewood Manor is within easy reach of historic Chester and also offers easy access to Liverpool and Manchester.

Good location as close to family .
The room was tired. The curtains were stained and really required a dry clean, also need re-hanging as they were difficult to pull shut of an evening. Also the heating didnt work hence the supply of a small electric heater in the room. Could not fault the staff. There was an incident in the middle of the night involving other guests quarrelling which got very heated and would have got out of hand if we hadnt knocked on the door . We advised reception in the morning .

Lovely traditional building, super cosy and welcoming. Was greeted by a warm fire in reception after a long day travelling. I stayed in a cosy double which was just that. Bed was super comfy and room was spacious. Elemis products available to use in the bathroom and inside the wardrobe a kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits. Ironing board and hairdryer already in the room which is a plus.
If Im being super picky - lack of air con in the room but the building is old so i cant fault. There was a nice big window which did the job.

A real delight. A very comfortable room in.a lovely building. The breakfast was 10/10.
The bar menu could have been more extensive. The noise coming from a private function affected the bedrooms above. The hotel staff sorted the problem quickly
