They did end up changing my room as the room wasn’t suitable and the facilities weren’t working
We had to change rooms late at night as the rooms aircon wasn’t working properly. The extractors in the bathroom were awful which meant a fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and the whole hotel had to evacuate and none of the staff let us know it was okay to go back in. The sofa beds are very uncomfortable due to very thin mattresses. It takes forever to get to your room and it’s not very disability friendly. The food costs a fortune so we didn’t order from the hotel and it’s quite difficult to get In and out of hotel due to the motorway. My duvet was filthy when I arrived and rooms quite confined.

The room was comfortable and clean.
It was a bit tired looking. Especially the doors in the corridor areas. The lift took us directly into the restaurant. We had to walk through with our cases while people were eating and lift our bags up another flight of stairs in the restaurant.

Love the location and price. Great parking. Also excepts dogs!
Bed is like lying on the ground (no joke). No bar even though stated. Bathroom was disgusting and toilet too. Was never cleaned. Room very cold (even tho it was summer!)

The pool was warm and open most hours of the day. The gym was also really spacious and had a great range of equipment. The car park is big and is free. The variety of food at breakfast was of a better standard then say a Premier Inn.
Also the lunch and dinner menu was reasonably priced. Bonus points for having great blackout curtains.
Cleanliness could have been better. The rooms were old and the carpet was dirty. A confusing and long walk to get to certain rooms. Meaning unless you exit through the fire doors in the daytime, it can take 3 to 5 minutes just to get back to reception or to get to the car park.
