Hotel seemed "tired" and a little "run down", room and corridors had seen better days. Public area of the bar was better though it looked to have been relatively recently refurbished.
Sink and shower did not drain properly and we almost flooded the bathroom...
Black mould in shower screen moulding just needed some bleach on it.

The location was perfect for us.
There were a lot of facilities accessible to us but we did not use them.
The price was great for the fact it covered our dinner as well as breakfast.
Staff we spoke with were pleasant. The guy in the restaurant serving us was lovely and had quick service considering he was the only person serving all the guests at tables.
The shower in our room was not the best and would leak out of the head and cause the floor to soak.
The pillows were far too soft for our liking.

Nice hotel nice staff. Good pool and sauna. Very good breakfast. Easy access to the town centre too.
Radiator was working but staff sorted that out immediately with an electric heater which was great. The ceiling needs reinforcing. Was loud when they were walking.

Wonderful
Almost everything, property was clean, friendly staff, good location etc...
Breakfast was not quite up to par, bacon was dried out and hard but not overcooked like it had been kept warm too long, same with the scrambled eggs and the property could do with a lick of paint and fresh carpet.

Easy to find. Check in was quick. Room clean and comfortable.
We arrived later than expected and I missed the last pool session by 5 mins. Had booked this hotel to use the pool. so a disappointment. Had to leave early in the morning, so missed the opportunity.

The breakfast was exceptional. Dinner was very good. Pool was lovely.
The jacuzzi was put of order and the saunas are seperate ladies and gents, so we couldn't enjoy a sauna together.

Breakfast
Pool and jacuzzi area not very clean- cobwebs, paint work was looking at bit sad. Need some TLC.
. Not enough seat at breakfast at peak time, table not cleaned quickly enough.
Wine list is extortionately priced. £45 for a Chardonnay!
