Location
Swim lessons on all the time with no lanes free for customer swims. All kids families either in the pool too or all watching and filming. Room did not cleaned, condiments not replenished even though we put the sign on the door. Room stank of gloss paint, windows all open when I arrived , paint was still wet. Terrible headache and no other room available as it was full

Very Good
Very friendly, professional staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. Very comfortable bedroom, the dressing gowns were a bonus. Excellent location for us.
The food was not the best. Frozen chips which went powdery when cold.The quality of the food let the hotel down. Which is a shame as the staff were doing their very best.

Staff were helpful and polite. Room was big enough
The toilet was faulty and water was running loudly into basin almost our entire stay. Lot of noise in corridor. Paid for what was supposed to be a room with streaming services but they were not working. When it was queried we were told there were no maintenance people they had all gone home. So we were stuck with gurgling water noises from the bathroom and we didn't get the facilities we prepaid for in full. Very unhappy.

Bed very uncomfortable and well they only way I can describe is it is like getting on a bus and getting off , it was my birthday and I would of thought the staff would be more engaging and realize from the personal details and have human personal customer service skills
