Hotel is located in a good location for access to the railway station and town centre. Nice comfortable bed and large room.
My wife and I both had a ploughman's sandwich, which was dreadful to say the least and we did raise this, and no offer was made to refund us the money we paid. We were not aware that there was a charge of £50 pay night for our dog when we made the booking, which is very expensive for a dog stay.

Lift was very small and maybe good to offer something when a glass shatters at breakfast. My daughter’s hand was cut and glass went everywhere with her 1 year old. A staff member was very sympathetic, but still..

Gorgeous decor and very unique style. Beautiful ambience too. Towels rail was a gorgeous idea as kept the towels lovely and warm.
Pillow was a bit flat, could do with two pillows each. We had to asked for more pillows. Moulds around the bath.

Very comfortable bed and was very happy with the shower, excellent customer service with the staff, bedroom was clean, bedroom was a nice size, great value for the money that we paid for the room. The room had very good air conditioning.
Was a smart tv but the Netflix and other apps didn't function. Fire alarm went off in the early hours of the morning, while checking out we got no apology from the reception staff. Went else where for breakfast as we thought the breakfast was abit pricey. The room and bathroom had no bin linners in them.

Hotel is looking clean & modern after refurbishment. Bar & lounge area very spacious & comfortable. Rooms are bright & well equipped with tea/ coffee making facilities & iron & ironing board, which is always useful.
better pillows or 2 instead of just the one. Breakfast expensive just under £17.00.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were stunning.
Lifts were a bit annoying. Very small for the size of the hotel. We both have bad backs otherwise we would of used stairs. I was really ill on the day of the stay so had to stay in the suite. So sad didn't get to explore more of the hotel.
