Ease of location and parking. Breakfast was standard good variety but for me the sausages weren’t to my liking

Hotel was clean and comfortable, although a little dated. But, we only stayed one night, and only really needed a bed so it was fine. Chester town centre (one of my favourites of the trip) was within walking distance, although up quite a steep hill, so we drove and found a carpark very close to all the action.

Fast, efficient staff on check in, lovely warm and spacious room with no disturbance from the railway line.
Comfortable seating in lobby with complimentary tea and coffee to hotel guests.
High quality breakfast with choice of continental and cooked and plentiful options.

Close to the centre of Chester only a short 10 months walk. The night attendant Mike was excellent, offered us a complementary drink on arrival, which was great gesture.
A strange humming sound started at about 5:30am not sure if it was outside or the kitchens starting up.

The staff were very all very friendly. Our room was fairly comfortable and it was clean. The breakfast was of a reasonable standard. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the centre of Chester
The mattress on one of the beds needs to be replaced, as the springs on one side seem to be damaged.

The accommodation is situated a short walk to the city centre alongside the famous Chester racecourse. The reception staff member on arrival {and checkout} was cheerful and extremely helpful. The room was a standard but clean having all the usual facilities including additional pillows if required. A plus was tea and coffee making facilities always available on the ground floor dining area. The breakfast was help yourself with plenty of choice for all tastes having hot and cold food, fruit cereals, jams, toast, croissants and a hot breakfast for those hungry enough. Catering staff were very helpful and smiled!
The bar prices appeared to be pricey.
The sleeping and catering facilities we found to be satisfactory, I'm sure staff would have assisted with any query or complaint.

Very clean. Breakfast had wide variety. Location OK. Nice to have outlets for shaver and nightlight in toilet. Front desk staff very warm and friendly.
Parking is lot a long way from front door to bring a wheelchair and a lot of luggage. Rooms are tiny with almost no drawers, closets or space to unpack or store anything. No A/C, so had to use fan, which was barely OK. For an American hotel chain, this was not up to American standards of convenience.

Wonderful
Perfect location, more then perfect room size. Is on of the best hotels in the area. Booking via third party is usually much more cheaper. Restaurants in area are very good too.
