Very clean well appointed rooms. Amazing pillows, best in a hotel yet!! Pizza from room service late at night was incredibly tasty.
Womderful location handily positionedjust off the motorway with secure on site parking. Perfect for exploring Chester and the region.
Bar snacks were missing basic comfort snacks. Menu unnecessarily fussy. Room at that price really ought have a bath in the bathroom.

Location.
Three night stay. Cold food from the restaurant - all of the food for our party of eleven was cold. A friendlier service would have been nice. Bathroom sink slow to run away. Attention to room service - only one knife and fork for two meals on the tray. Told that the hotel doesn’t offer a laundry service earlier before our arrival but then finding a laundry service price list etc., in the wardrobe.

I liked the room and the amenities in the property, friendly gesture of the staffs over there. Cleanliness was also excellent. I enjoyed a lot in the fitness and wellness center.
Though we enjoyed the amenities available in fitness and wellness center, we were more keen to explore Spa treatment but the specific package we were interested in was not on the system neither available off-system although it was being advertised by them. That's frustrating and i would say this should be escalated.

Large restaurant, ample free parking, King room was fitted with very large comfy bed.
Good location for Chester city centre.
Restaurant staff during evening appeared overworked. The dessert plate was "Thrown" onto the table with no apologies.
There was more of my coffee on the saucer than in the cup.
My wife commented that the room cleaners, in our part of the hotel, all seemed to be male and she heard one of them appearing to be having an argument on the phone.
She would not stay here as a single woman.

Upon approach the venue looked amazing, Spa facilities were also great.
Rooms are somewhat dated, door closures are EXTREMELY loud, so late returning guests would have woken up half of their neighbours. Booked a treatment and was told I wasn’t able to use the Spa facilities (pool etc) and this was an additional/separate £20

Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. with the price i paid for the room i expected great and i got more than that. very lovely place to stay
the prices of the food and drinks in the hotel were a little pricey for what they were. we only got one round of drinks at the bar and for 2 drinks it came to £25 so we ended up going elsewhere to spend the evening
