The hotel is really nice and the location is brilliant.
The toilet had an issue and the water constantly ran all night and made a glugging noise

Staff were friendly. Room was amazing, bed was so comfortable and waterfall shower was Incredible.
After the price we paid to stay you would think the pool would be included and 20 each for 2 hours was crazy.

Large room, nice extra large king sized bed with the amazing soft large pillows. Large bathroom. Everything spotless in the room. Nice coffee/tea making facilities. Ideal location, motorway easily accessible, same with city centre. Nice landscaped gardens.

Staff were lovely and friendly. It was lovely and clean. Gardens and surroundings were amazing.
Thought the charge of £20 per person for spa was excessive as I felt it wasn’t really spa vibes, more leisure centre.

Disappointing
The grounds of the hotel from the moment you pull in from the main road is maintained to a very high standard. The lawns and roads are pristine. The hotel itself was very clean and staff were nice.
I am torn with the answer of feedback as it wasn't all bad however the temperature of the room ruined my whole experience which is a shame as it was a negative on a family wedding. The Air conditioning room stated it was 19 degrees however the room must have been close to 30, it would not have been so bad if i could at least open a window but this was sealed and locked shut. I spoke to reception who advised its playing up due to the weather being warm however surely warm weather is the reason we need AC?! i had to have 3 cold showers through out one of the nights due to being so hot. Thank fully the morning came around and we left for the wedding. The night of the wedding i went back to the hotel and walked in my room to again another boiling room, so i requested a room change which i was advised thats not possible, i was sent a fan which sounded like a car engine that had to be on full blast all night so i was at least not sweating. If the hotel had air-conditioning i would highly recommend however the fact there was at least another 9 groups that had the same issue as me mainly on level 2, i would have thought the hotel would have done a lot more to correct this.
