Exceptional
Clean, modern, location was spot on, great service on reception, in the bar, in the gym and at breakfast.
Brekki was fab, good selection great value for money. Gym was large and had pretty much everything you would need.

Good
The free parking
There was no water at 07:30 in the morning to have a shower. We complained and they told us sorry this is all over the area.

Bedroom was spacious and cosy, with a large comfortable bed.
EV chargers weren't working and gym is only open for limited time during the day. For us, these two points were the reason for booking this particular hotel

Wonderful
The hotel is beautiful the jacuzzi, swimming, gym etc were well equipt and nice. Staff were very nice and helpful in all areas of the hotel.
How full the relaxation facilities were it wasn't very relaxing. We went Sunday to Monday in the hopes it wasn't to busy in these areas but it was a bit much.

Beautiful gardens and hotel
Very comfy bed, huge walk in shower
Fridge, hairdryer and iron/ironing board and toiletries, really good!
The coffee sachets could be nicer, most Hilton’s have espresso machines at 4/5*

Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice . Orange juice exceptionally pleasant.
Bread on offer cut very thick and as there was no 'cut your own'. Such as baguette etc

Wonderful
Lovely property no issues.
Just a shame there are no toilets in the bar/restaurant as you have to walk all the way back to reception.

Disappointing
Suitable location. Friendly staff.
Lukewarm and at times tepid breakfast even when asking for something from the kitchen it arrived tepid. Noise from the room doors when being closed was horrendous (I appreciate you can't help how clients close doors) One day our room wasn't cleaned and we did not have a DND on the door. Had to request fresh towels.

Very Poor
I didn’t like anything there was too much staff work going on and we didn’t stay the night. I’ve paid all that money to stay the night and stay another night and we didn’t stay. We had to rush off because somebody had a stroke in the family but we had no breakfast and I paid for two breakfast each for two people and I’m not very happy because they won’t discuss it with me. I’ve asked them for a one day refund and the breakfast they said no.
Nothing
