Very comfortable, AC was very handy. Breakfast was excellent with variety
Room had everything, iron, ironing board, kettle, but slightly small but it didn't spoil anything,
Nothing I can think of.
Additional that can be added.. Think it would have been handy to have basic information in reception about places you can explore in Chester,, eg, Boat trips ect.. Although you can get this information when you Google

A well run hotel with happy, friendly staff.
PPE should not be allowed in the restaurant. Although used by workmen, the breakfast room allows the wearing of PPE (taking the level down towards that of a motorway service station).

Small touches like free drinks for wedding anniversary, cookies at check in and staff friendly and polite. Outdoor seating at bar and spa terrace are amazing we are frequent stayers and it will continue

Great choice for breakfast, so long as you accept self serve buffet hot food is impossible to serve up HOT. Evening meals were delicious. Staff were all very pleasant and super efficient! I.e. leave your breakfast table unattended and it is likely to have been cleared on your return!
Nothing not to like here, other than in common with almost all hotels is the lack of sufficient coat hangers, so take some of your own.

The location was very easy to get to, just straight off the motorway. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the small gardens outside were perfect for pictures. The breakfast was delicious buffet style, there is even Halal chicken on the menu. Lastly the gym was free and with an extra £10 you were able to use the sauna and swimming pool which was open from 6am to 8pm.
Semmi the breakfast manager was very friendly and helpful along with all the staff from housekeepers to receptionist. As checking was so quick and a 12pm check out time was very convenient. The housekeepers always checked if we needed anything. Can't wait to visit again as all the restaurants are close by.

Bed was cosy, room modern, air con worked well Uber is £8 per way
Drinks expensive in the bar and sausages at breakfast dry Nd shrivelled we arrived at 7am
Guests should be able to use the leisure facilities without paying
I would stay again but with the above mentioned
Parking was free and easy the grounds were pretty also
