Great location, comfortable clean room.
The main door to the building, accessed by a door code, was very stiff and required a forceful shove by a strong shoulder. Had I been travelling by myself I wouldnt have been able to access the building. Once inside all was fine.

Key safe's need some attention - seemed to open without code and unable to lock keys away properly on leaving - seemed to be an issue with all apartments as on arrival keys were on show for 3 or 4 apartments
Sofa bed linen was not great - had to find it and not sure when it was last laundered

Arrived early and the room was ready. Was comfy and spotless!! In a fab location too. Perfect for a lovely weekend away! Tea and coffee and a teapot as well!! Messages replied to really quick too!

Great location, excellent arrival instructions, clean apartment with everything that was required for a short stay.
We paid for parking on site, which was perfect but when we came to leave the instructions said we had to enter the code to open the gates but there was no key pad on the inside of the gate. The gates do not open automatically when a car approaches, to leave. Eventually I had to walk round to the outside and enter the code on the entry key pad so my wife could then drive the car out. Not sure how a single person would make an exit from the car park!

The location and security was superb. Gorgeous views out to the river. The decor was stunning and the owners were fantastic at communication. We had everything we needed. Definitely recommended.
Wish the bed could have been a little more comfortable (back problems so personal preference) and the water pressure was a bit low in the shower.

Super location - close enough to everything but quiet too. On site parking was particularly high on our list.
Sleeping right bang next to the kitchen area & so not having a bedside table on one side. Tiny, impractical bathroom basin.
