Exceptional
Easy checkin, free parking included, free coffee and tea with a kettle in room, near additional eatery options and the optional continental breakfast in dining area was easy and good.
Wish the breakfast offered choice of hot food such as eggs and bacon or sausage in addition to continental breakfast option, but over all food was good and enjoyable.

Wonderful
I had the warmest welcome as soon as I arrived, all staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The communal areas smelt clean and fresh. My room was clean and tidy and had all amenities as expected. I didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food, however the menu looked like it had a good variety of choice.
Somebody in an adjoining room decided that 6am was an appropriate time to start shifting furniture around, not the hotels fault at all, but because of the wooden floors I feel this noise was much louder than it would have been had there been carpet down.

Cleanliness and other facilities
Difficult to find on map, as I thought I am at wrong place. If you keep some boards on roundabout entrance that will be easy for other customers

Very Good
The friendly staff was the best part of our stay! Ellie in the morning was extra caring of our family.
Some noise during the night.

Wonderful
This appears to be a newer property with a comfortable family room. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 teenage children, and we appreciated having a family room with two bedrooms. While they offer some breakfast, we walked next door to the travel station which has a Pret, a McDonald's, and more.
This is a good location if you are driving, but it is not viable without a car. Plenty of restaurants just a short drive away, but nothing within walking distance (other than McDonalds).

Very Good
Very good value, clean and comfortable
Rooms are very small. The bed is only accessible from one side so I had to climb over my wife to get in and out.
Only one key card given per room is a pain when you need it to get into your corridor.

The staff was great- . The room was very good though somewhat expensive considering it's lication.
No. It would be helpful to have a canopy at entrance as well as a wss to entrance ce with a car for loading and unloading.

Pleasant
Generally clean and tidy. Nice big double bed. No issues on check-in. Wifi worked fine.
Pillows too big! Fourth bed not very comfortable and too short for a regular sized person. Room was too hot, opened window but here was too much noise from the motorway so had to close again.
