The room was very comfortable, plenty of room to store our unpacked clothes. It was quiet! The coffee (sourced locally), tea and hot chocolate was a great addition. The breakfast , included with the room, was outstanding. The food in the pub was delicious. Lastly, the staff were helpful and very friendly .

Last minute stay just made the 10pm check in. Room was great clean and quiet. No noise from other adjacent rooms. Breakfast was good.
Bar closed just as we checked in at 10pm so we were unfortunately unable to get a drink at the bar.

Room was too hot, temp control was not straight forward, couldn't work out if had air con, it was set at 13 degrees, but room was constant 25 degrees, too hot. I had to open windows which decreased feeling of safety and couldn't be left all night. Instant coffee would be good idea and better than cafetiere, a fridge would be beneficial with water inside, bottle with water tasted sour and could have been there for sometime and was warm.

Wonderful little place - great service, wonderful dinner, and the room was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the location was very peaceful and quiet.
If I have to pick on anything, the water coming out of the hot (sink) tap in the bathroom was steaming hot, which seemed like it could be a bit dangerous!

Very good place to have night rest after dinner at the same place. Clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location, spacey car park, nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, so thoughtful, every single one. We ate at the hotel and the food was stunning. There was a live band which were fab, best night we have had in a long time, breakfast in the morning was the the icing on the cake. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning
There is nothing not to like , from the food, to the staff and the accommodation. Everything is faultless.

Lovely location and staff. Only issue was with going back to the room in the evening and finding it hadn’t been cleaned, bed not made and towels not changed. Apparently you have to fill in a form if you want your room cleaned. Unacceptable for a hotel charging over one hundred pounds a night.
