Quiet and clean
No shower or shampoo soaps when mentioned the answer was it was because they are cutting down.on plastics and that the small tablet of soap was provided. However there was no explanation of this in the room which would have helped.Also the breakfast was a little disappointing

The staff were lovely, great customer service, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect location for BeWILDerwood and Chester

Blown away by the contemporary and tasteful decor - a gem inside a very old coaching inn - what a perfect balance. Look no further for a fantastic meal, balanced , fresh and local. Yum.

Great pub- restaurant, Lovely pillows and lots of wardrobe space. Fabulous ground coffee in room.
Paper thin walls between your room and next. Very noisy couple in next room. No iron.

Modern rooms, great staff, lovely food, very welcoming
The walls are so thin between rooms. We could hear everything being said in the next rooms and it made it uncomfortable to talk at normal volume yourself. Some of the group were having conversations through the walls. TV noise and hairdryers is very loud, like in same room.

Morning ruined because was problem with eggs so no breakfast,
After used bubble in bath was water been smelling and left dirty bath, no idea what come from those holes in bath,
Someone banging doors in midnight like elephant wake up few times
