Exceptionally large, comfortable bed. A jacuzzi bath. Patio doors leading to a small seating area off bedroom.
Attentive, friendly staff. Good selection at breakfast. Adequate parking. Good eating places close by.
Plug ins in room but easily rectified by unplugging.

The location to the city is excellent just a 15 minute walk.
Our room was spotless and well presented.
Complementary coffee and biscuits replenished each day off our stay.

I loved the interior design, excellent location, and very comfortable beds. The room was spotless and well equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a hair dryer, fridge, microwave, and complimentary toiletries. Everything was provided to make the stay comfortable and convenient.
The only minor drawback was that the shower had only a fixed rainfall showerhead and no handheld attachment. This made it a little less convenient to shower without getting my hair wet. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Breakfast was decent but they turned you around quickly.
Room size was good.
Room was way too hot - even after turning off the heating it was hot.
Breakfast we were turned around really quickly.
Communication with the property wasn't the best but ended up solving my problem.

Breakfast excellent, Room was very comfortable as always. I stay here everytime I am in the North West for work and have even stayed here for pleasure.
Great location in Hoole Village with shops and great bars/cafes. Simply cannot fault the VFM.

Location, room, bed and overall place.
Breakfast time. It styart 8 AM only is is quite late if you are travelling for office. I wish you stay every week, but due to breakfast timinmg I have to make other choice.

All the above exceeded expectations. Very comfortable bed, room perfectly adequate and breakfast was one of the if not the best we've had on our previous travels.
Will certainly stay here again if we visit Chester.

Location was really good just a 10 min walk into the city. Breakfast was great. So much variety to choose from. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Although our room was on the small side it was adequate for our stay. Bathroom was big and very clean. Chester it self took me by surprise. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Never seen so many shops, nice walks along the canal. We did a hop on hop off bus which was £10 for 24 hours.
Can’t think of anything. We just had a great few days there.
