What a lovely place to stay... it was like a luxury home from home. Loved everything. Especially the hot tub and hot drinks machine. Perfect location for chester city centre. Our host was fabulous and had great communication, and gave us 10% off Cheshire Oaks outlet for our shopping trip on the way home. Will definitely stay again.

It had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. The jacuzzi was fabulous! The coffee machine was also a real Bonus!
Downstairs needed the dehumidifier on but otherwise nothing else!

For us one of the biggest highlights was without a doubt the quality of service! We've stayed in a few places but the hosts couldn't have been lovelier at this place! Nothing was too much trouble, we received complimentary chocolates & even a message of appreciation for leaving the apartment so tidy in addition to emptying the rubbish bins on the day of departure. It felt so wonderful to be both welcomed & appreciated! The hot tub, coffee machine & hydrotherapy shower were undoubtedly a wonderful addition to our stay whilst the location was perfect for accessing all the local amenities
Unfortunately we found the lighting to be rather on the dim side in certain rooms; particularly the bedrooms & bath/shower rooms; not ideal when it comes to shaving, applying makeup & such Whilst heavy fire doors are required by law, they do have an awful tendency of slamming; something which we noticed was a bit of an issue with the lower ground apartment; sometimes after 10:30pm! I hope going forward the hosts might consider using cushioning pads or possibly something to go around the door frames; especially for those of us who are light sleepers or particularly sensory based. The last drawback is that there was a large amount of stairs throughout the apartment. Although something which cannot be resurrected, it did make things a little difficult when you have luggage with you.

Location so close to all you need . owner very helpful . The shower and coffee machine were fantastic and well stocked kitchen .
Stairs ! Lots of stairs ! Pictures can be misleading as two apartments.... bigger apartment has very small roof top/ hot tub area...
