This independent family-owned hotel provides a peaceful location just outside Chester's historic center, yet only a 10-minute walk away from the city center’s amenities and attractions. Free, secure private parking and free Wi-Fi access are available. A flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer are provided in each individually decorated room. Pleasant
Close to the town centre, Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Liked had its own car park .
For paying £198 for four poster bedroom me and my partner thought was a little pricey. Decor needed updating in the room and bed wasn't very comfortable ? Breakfast was good., but would have preferred to have cereal first, followed by a full English .

Very friendly staff and waiter at evening meal very attentive to our needs
Could do with some more storage in the rooms. I know they are small and space limited. Maybe a small Chest of drawers in the section off part where you Hang your clothes

Good
My partner has a severe nut allergy and when we went to the bar they had open nuts in the counter. This then put us off eating the breakfast and ordering drinks incase of cross contamination. Maybe write on your website for people to know as we wasn’t prepared.
