Breakfast was really good
Bedroom quite tiny but ok for a night maybe two
No sound proofing in bedroom could hear telly in nex room as if it was in ours and the other bedroom could hear the snoring as if they were under our bed
Couldn’t have a shower the water was too hot even on the lower setting

Location was great.
The horrible smell coming from the bathroom wasn't nice and caused a bad smell right throughout the room itself. Tried to open the window but that was broken so it wouldn't stay open.p

Really easy to get to the hotel from Chester station. Close to all historic sites. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Location ideal for the city centre. Friendly staff, brilliant breakfast included in our price. Cold foods, then a hot cooked breakfast to order. Comfortable beds and clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

Good location in the city centre.
Nice quiet dog friendly room.
Clean.
Good facilities.
No parking on site, but Little Roodee car park is close and very reasonably priced.
The shower cubicle was small.
The room was hot and the window wouldn't stay open.
Bottled water in the room would be a nice touch.

Great location, also nice to have just one price to pay for the room with 3 staying over. Also, nice to have a bar & outdoor sitting area.
No car park, but not a problem with a car park near by for overnight parking, at a reasonable price.

Stayed here while working away. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Comfy and spacious rooms. They even prepared breakfast an hour early for us as we were leaving early each morning. In a good location in the middle of the city.
