the room was of a very good standard
the hotel was meant to provide a discount for the car park but the information provided by the front desk staff wasnt accurate and I had to pay the full 20.

The Townhouse hotel is located within the city centre. Although there is no on-site parking, local city parking is discounted.
The Townhouse has a nicely styled bar and dining area, which is sympathetic to the age of the building.
From our experience the staircase and bedroom areas are in need of similar upgrading and modernisation.
The secret garden at the rear of the hotel is great and offers a hidden surprise to this hotel.

Comfy bed nice big room secret garden was amazing good location into town right by the river.
Due to the age of the building no lifts which may have an impact on older clientele.

the outside,friendly bar staff and the location
room 12,we where initially put in here but I requested a room change as it was basically an attack with no windows,very run down.Thankfully we got moved to another room if not I would have just looked for different accommodation.
room 12 should not be allowed to be rented out,especially at 135 a night I would not have paid d 35

good location. easy check-in. lovely staff. cleanliness is superb.
our supposed to be double bed is just 2 single beds put in together so there is a gap in the middle which is uncomfortable. but other than that we had a lovely stay.
