Wonderful
Perfect location in the centre of town, with great living room space for group socialising. Lots of shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars on the doorstep.
Noisy at night as only single glazed windows, so bring earplugs!

The location superb
We struggled with the heating system however the bedrooms were toasty which was great.
I think that the accommodation definitely needed a better clean,

- Great location - very central and close by the shops, bars and restaurants
- Very spacious living space and main bedroom
- Lovely decor working well traditional elements of the building structure
- Kitchen is well equipped and also has a coffee machine
- Would recommend and stay here again!
- The apartment is over 3 floors so not ideal with anyone with mobility issues... there is also steps to get to the front door
- Very central, which is great for sightseeing in the day, but sleeping in the main bedroom at night could be noisy... wearing ear plugs helped
- Bathroom on top floor - shower and a bath, but water pressure isn't great

Fabulous location. Beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. See below for detail on layout which anyone booking should consider.
Three floors with very steep stairs. Kitchen is on ground floor with one bedroom. Heating wasn’t working in that bedroom but there was a plug in heater. Lovely large lounge with huge table on first floor plus a toilet. Bedroom 2 and 3 on second floor plus bathroom. Was just quite awkward up and down the stairs and anyone with mobility issues should be aware.

Great property, beds were comfy and apartment clean. Amazing space to socialise in the lounge with it being so large. Decor is lovely.
Also super central in Chester, the best spot if you’re out late.

easy to collect keys and good communication with host
I did not not realised that this is a 3 floor apartment. I brought an elderly relatives and she gets really tired climbing up and down the narrow stairs in the apartment.
You also need to climb a narrow stair to get to the apartment
First floor - bedroom, kitchen
second floor - living room and toilet
third floor - 2 bedrooms
not suitable for wheelchair user or if you have mobility issue.
otherwise nice deco , central location (can be noisy as there is clubs/restaurants and bars around the corner). Will be suitable for other families/ group who has no problem with this - just not suited our need as a group of family with elder relative.
Disabled parking located around the corner. Be careful with cobbled pathway.

Fabulous central location in an atmospheric part of the city.
The attention to detail in the decor and layout of each room was excellent.
The apartment was excellent value for money.
It was very well equipped.
Close to excellent restaurants and bars.
Being so much in the centre of the city meant that the apartment was very noisy all day and into the very early hours of the morning. Nothing that a good pair of earplugs didn’t fix on the second night though.

Lovely design, lots of little extras (toilet rolls, kitchen roll, Salt & pepper, tea, coffee to name but a few. Comfortable beds & excellent location with shops, bars, restaurants on your doorstep
