Good size room and pet friendly, single bed a bit uncomfortable.

Beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant
Room was tired curtains were shabby furniture shabby. Hairdryer old fashioned low powered and not clean.
Breakfast was appalling kept warm for too long. Only one choice of pastry and weak coffee from the machine.

I liked that I could take a nice walk to the center of town and to the theater. The desk people gave me great dinner recommendations. They wewre very friendly and guided me to a nice, friendly, inexpensive spot. I especially liked the towel heater in my room. That is a nice touch for comfort and a bit of dry laundry. Also there was a great big parking lot.

Excellent value for money. Staff are amazing here!! Feel very safe as a woman staying on my own. Food is lovely. Place is really clean. A little tired in places but the staff more than make up for it.

I do think at some point of the red brick needs to be painted , perhaps not all but in some dedicated areas as it did at times feel a little over whelming. A minor Issue tbh

We didn't have breakfast
The shower only had cold water. We asked about this and reception didn't come up to the room but told us to run the hot water tap on the basin and then it should work. We were attending an evening Wedding reception and neither of us were able to have a shower
There wasn't a hairdryer in the room but there was supposed to be one..we were in a deluxe room. When we asked at reception for one, there was a broken one on the counter and they couldn't find another one

Room was beautifully clean. There was so much space and we felt comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Jacuzzi bath was perfect. There was a great choice of tea and coffee facilities and the food in the restaurant was amazing!
Shower let the room down. It wasn't powerful enough and was hard tos etc the temperature right.
