Fabulous non contact check in, efficient, excellent communication between me and Rodrigo.
Apartment 5 has a sitting/kitchen room on the main road, whilst the bedroom is in the back and pitch black no windows and sooo sound proof ! Amazing sleep due to both !!
Excellent location, hidden gem, although the pub below The Cellar was open we didnt hear or get disturbed by this.
Nothing, great stay.

The bedrooms were extremely hot with the centre bedroom having no window
The second bedroom window was on a latch red hot room also with the added door closure devices fillet to doors obviously for saftey closures NO THROUGH DRAFTS !!

So we booked this stay before the Coronavirus started, we knew if we cancelled we wouldnt get our money back. What wasnt made clear to us was that we wasnt aloud to change the dates, it even gave us the option to change the date of our stay with permission from base service apartments on the Booking.com website! So during this unprecedented pandemic that no one could of predicted we left numerous answer phone messages and messaged the property through Booking.com asking if we could change the date of our stay, at no point did base serviced apartments contact us at any point! Because obviously they had taken our money and they knew if we couldnt change the dates we would automatically lose our money if we cancelled or didnt turn up, I find this absolutely shocking and bad practice. I managed to phone one particular day after numerous phone calls on numerous days and speak to a senior manager who told us we could change the date of our stay, bearing in mind we was going to stay on 10th July for two nights, brilliant we could change the date! Well we was informed we could only change the date until the end of July! So why the hell if we wasnt going on the 10th did they think we would want to stay with in the next three week. We even suggested we was willing to change the dates of our stay,even if it cost us more money which was fine, but obviously they told us they was unwilling to change there stance that we could only stay up until the end of July! They quite happily took our money and although they only reopened on the 4th July they expected us to stop on the 10th without compromising, I find this absolutely disgusting, I would not recommend staying at these apartments, because obviously they only interested in taking your money!

Not much...
Rooms were small and looked clean but our room smelt overwhelmingly of stale cigarette smoke. We had booked for two nights but only stayed for one. We did complain and requested a different room but were told that it was fully booked. We were told we would not be charged for second night.....still waiting for our refund. I was in the area for my mums funeral and hardly got any sleep the night before. As you can imagine the whole experience was very upsetting.

I booked this before the virus! An have tried to call several times Ive left messages and emails to. They have just totally ignored me. Not tried to contact me about rebooking it anything. Absolute discusting so Im out of pocket? 130 for nothing !!!!

the place is well proportioned, parking outside (free in the evenings). facilities were on the whole very nice, free tea & coffee, free toiletries (the little bottles), TV in the bedroom & the living space, so generally very nice
I dont like to moan, but the freezer is only the icebox above the fridge and this wall fully frosted, i had to defrost it to get any groceries in there, the fridge is noisy too (i thought the bathroom fan was still on)

Amazing! Very modern, spotless and had everything we needed. Loved it! Parking was good, one hour free outside to unpack the car then a car park 5 minute walk away near the station! We visited the day before lockdown for the coronavirus therefore was uncertain wether the property was still open, I rang their number and the lady on the phone was so lovely! I didnt take a name but shes an asset to your company, our stay was excellent so thank you!

Wonderful
Lovely clean apartment, very comfy sofa, liked it was on the front of the apartments and the sun beams straight into the living room on the morning, quiet, right by the station,close to shops and bars.
The bed was comfy but quite creaky on one side, so i slept on the other side.
There was no hand soap in the apartment, although I appreciate theyre in low supply right now! There was washing up liquid though.
