The staff on reception were so nice and friendly and started our weekend away in a really positive way.
Not much i was under the impression that the breakfast was in with the price but found out that we had to pay more to have a cooked breakfast.
Also I was brought my cooked breakfast virtually at the same time as i was served my croissant/ toast. I asked if they could bring it back in 10 mins or so.
They came back 2-3 time before the 10 mins was up asking if I was ready...
When I did ask for it, it was obviously reheated and not the best.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed abit soft but comfortable. Good location and easy walking distance to town. Paid extra for breakfast when booking the room and was disappointed that there was no mention of it being a continental breakfast which was over priced.
Continental breakfast not mentioned when booking hotel accomodation. If we knew this we would have never paid the extra money we did for breakfast as very over priced for what we got.

Hotel was fabulous. Room was amazing. Staff were lovely.
The restaureante in the morning was really bad. No organisation. Waited 55 minutes for a coffe & breakfast. Not the best.

Great location, clean and tidy room and good price
Disappointed about breakfast - We paid extra for a continental breakfast - went to breakfast at 10am. We were seated and then watched 3 different tables go to the staff member and ask how long their food would be, the table sat next to us said they had been waiting 45 minutes and hadn’t even been brought their hot drink yet. I would understand if it had been busy but there was approx 6 tables (including a large party) so not excessively busy. Certainly not busy enough to be waiting 45 mins for a drink. We decided not to stay for breakfast as waiting that amount of time would have made us late for checkout.

The hotel was welcoming, clean and comfy, the staff were friendly. It provided us with what we needed.
The hotel room needs more sockets, especially by the bed and more lighting is needed. The breakfast selection was very limited and you could only choose one item from food and one item from the drinks.

Nice bar area on the 5th floor and our suite was a great size. The staff were nice and helpful and friendly.
After paying for a suite it was very disappointing to not have a hot breakfast but have to pay extra. We only found out on a message the night before that it was a continental but even then there was no meat/cheese etc as normal on a continental! Bit disappointing really and unusual.
