Very clean and modern- rooms are very spacious.
Excellent location and very good value for money.
Staff friendly and helpful.

Position was great, large room.
Nice staff.
Needed gluten free and was given normal toast first. Manager was devastated so I'm sure that will be avoided in future.

parking expensive £20 a day should be included with price. Continental breakfast pretty poor literally cereal toast or croissant tea or coffee.

Wonderful
Staff were very attentive, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and very well fitted out. Breakfast was tasty, fresh and very well presented. and the USP with the Oreo biscuits will be remembered
the shower tray drain needs to be unblocked, it drains very slowly. That was it :)

The continental breakfast that was only made clear 3 days before we arrived. Had to pay extra if you wanted a full English etc or even an extra glass of juice!

Modern air conditioned building - interesting design. Spacious room.
(A very nice) Continental breakfast was included but cooked breakfast wasn’t. A ‘bottomless breakfast buffet’ was mentioned but that consisted of rice crispies, cornflakes, coco pops and Frosties! The fruit basket was nice but that was all there was. I applaud the effort to reduce food waste but it seemed a bit stingey!
Also my phone didn’t charge over night as the USB socket only worked while the lights were on. Something I didn’t notice until the next morning.
