Disappointing
Large room. Good location. Car parking available on site. Good breakfast. Excellent bathroom. Staff pleasant.
No comfortable chair in bedroom. Just one firm chair at the desk. No tea/coffee making facilities in bedroom. No central light in bedroom. Hotel wifi mediocre at best. Unless there was something very well hidden, there was only one double power socket in the entire room - charging cable could only just reach bedside table. No USB sockets - still had the old modem-style ones. Car park fees a little on the high side compared to equivalent towns/cities. No sign of recycling policy for your waste in the room.

The room was great, so so comfortable.
I feel like there could be more of an effort to cleaning in the bar on level 5, when we arrived the bar was a mess, receipts everywhere empty glasses and spilt drinks. The floor was quite dirty too.
I understand that it maybe busy but I think this should be done to keep up the high standards of the rest of the hotel.

Bed was big and comfy
Luxury room was not value for money, had the feeling of a budget hotel. The room was requiring refurbishment and the cleanliness of the room was sub standard.
