Our original room had a terrible drain smell in the bathroom, so they kindly moved us to a bigger room which was wonderful

Love the design of the room. Very well done and a very comfortable large room compared to London. I would definitely stay again.
It was hard to find the entrance for parking when arriving in the dark. I had to call the hotel to find out how to park and where.

Excellent location for all that Chester has to offer - Roman wall, Cathedral, Zoo, shopping, restaurants…
Very quiet considering the locality.
Parking - restricted underground parking.
No USB points in room - surprised as it was a modern room.
Paying £2.50 for bottles of water in rooms.

The bed was very soft and we sunk into it. It was very uncomfortable and we could not sleep.
Also quite hot in the room.
