I booked a female dorm and they sent me to a mixed one and then i asked them why is that and they said it sometimes happens if we don’t have enough space in the one you booked and thats wrong and they did send me to the girls room for one night because that was the only night a bef was available it was so smelly and congested and it was so messy and i messaged for a refund at booking.com but they haven’t responded and im very disappointed

absolutely awful, bed was basically a mattress topper, no tv, no in room facilities (kettle, cups) curtains are very old/worn and all you can hear if people above and below your room, staff was rude and blunt.

Cheap and convenient location and check-in. Bathroom was nice enough condition and room was clean.
My room did not have any lockers or storage. They have a luggage storage room which you need a card from the staff to access. This room contains three cages which can be used to fully secure storage but that’s it, it does have a camera however. Would’ve liked some lockers in the room for convenience.
The bed and pillow was not exactly comfortable but got the job done ig

Getting thrown out at 9pm for smoking a spliff.10minutes they gave me to pack and leave, i still had 4 nts left.My weed is prescribed.I want a refund

Nice property, lovely and spacious!
Next to a nightclub and we were unable to close our window to try and muffle the sound a little bit!
Beds weren’t overly comfortable but they were adequate for the night!
