Great value for money. You can’t argue with the facility for the money. Check in simple etc. I did have to push too make sure I wasn’t moved to the room with the separate bathroom though, after booking specifically for one in the room, but I was moved and the comms were simple.
No heating source in the room, other than a plug in radiator in the wardrobe and it was chilly in the morning but it was too much of a pain to get it out. Sink in room vs in bathroom. Not the hotels fault but dog barking incessantly from fairly early in one of the nearby houses, lots of flats behind it.

I had a great stay overall. The location was excellent, the room was clean, and everything was well-equipped just as advertised.
The only minor downside was the front door access, which could be a bit tricky to open at times and took a few attempts to get right.

The bath and bed was amazing! Huge room with all the facilities you’d possibly need for a short stay.
Bottom floor next to the door so it was a little noisy. Also location is a little further out from the centre.

It was clean and comfortable and just as advertised. Was unsure about no physical staff presence but managed codes and AI telephone system well and staff responded promptly and physically when needed help. Overall really good and definitely would go back.
