The booking procedure and with lack of human contact. There was no human present at the property on arrival creating a sense of chaos when not able to enter the building.
Also no door on the shower and TV did not work

Location
The booking in procedure does not work on older iPhones ie it does not open the link . I had to ask my daughter in law to use her later iPhone model to enter my details . Now she is struggling to open it for my next visit . Unless you find a better way to log in I shan’t be booking this property again

The property is in a great location, with a local ‘village’ feel but 15 mins walk from The Lanes. It is comfortable, clean and well presented.
The digital front door lock is a pain.

Beautiful room and fantastic facilities and easy to check in and get into room. The ample tea and coffee and biscuits and earplugs were very nice touch.
The shower temperature fluctuates every 10 seconds from lukewarm to scalding hot, made it an unpleasant experience & the walls are paper thin!

the rooms were good value for money and comfortable. The fact that ear plugs were provided was a good idea it could be a bit noisy .
There was difficulty in paying at first at none of the links on their emails worked, this was frustrating and the multiple automated emails became confusing and at one point incorrect.
