Fantastic welcome, so friendly and accommodating. Clean comfy room. Punched above its rating. Amazing value for money in a city that is often overpriced.

Great location. Comfortable with everything you need for a one/two night stay. Really good value for money.

Room was big, with a big window, with a little view of the water. The bed was soft and the comforter was warm and comfortable. There were plugs in convenient places and the lighting was great. The curtains provided privacy when closed and the windows opened which was nice. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, check in was easy, and so was checkout. Great experience!
The bathroom was a little dirty, and the drain didnt drain the water so you stood in a puddle. The floors were a little dirty and worn down, and it was a long walk to get to the room, and it was stuffy when we first got in. Nothing too bad though

Room exceeded expectations. Good value and just what we needed for a short break.
Has a lift but 4th floor only accessible by stairs. Using the stairs a bit of a directional challenge.

Location was excellent for the Views.
Breakfast was poor for a Continental Breakfast. No Fresh Fruits. No Cornflakes amongst the Cerials.
Poor choice of Breads. Yogurt was like Clotted Cream. No signage on the Front of the Hotel.
The Shower was very small for the large Bathroom. One person could only just fit in.

I was so appreciative of the staff that set up the decorations I’d had sent for my stay, it was my daughter’s 16th & they made the room look absolutely lush for us. Every staff member was super friendly and the place looked lovely & clean.
One of our windows didn’t shut properly. Wasn’t an issue until the wind struck up some gale force though honestly.
