It’s location is main advantage, and staffs are very friendly, clean and safe.
It’s not dislike, but have a suggestion. Should have a small holder (in wood or bag) next to each bunk beds to place phone, keys and earbuds, etc

We had a great stay at West Beach Hotel in Brighton - I had seen some negative reviews online so was a bit skeptical, but from the moment we arrived we felt really at home. The reception staff were super friendly and made checking in a breeze, and the room was really airy and light. It was a really reasonable price for a night (about 30% cheaper than everything else out there) but was really a perfect loction right across the beach and about 20 mins from Brighton station. Would recommend!

I like the location of the property as it is near the beach.
The room is hot and I expected a bigger fan. The hot water is not reliable as sometimes its too hot and cannot be adjusted and sometimes it takes time for it to become warm for shower. The elevator is also not working sometimes so we need to use the stairs.

No TV! Dirty windows. Poor first impression from outside - cafe underneath shut - dirty windows and chairs etc stacked inside Woukd not have walked in if had not already paid. Lift said only two people as faulty!

The staff was really helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. The location was also great, right next to the beach and a short walk from the city center.
The walls are quite thin, we could hear people in the hallway quite early in the morning.

The design and style of the interior is very nice. I especially liked lots of real plants in the common areas. Also, a very friendly reception staff.
