The staff was really nice and the breakfast was super delicious. Location of the hotel is amazing. The room was clean and the bed was more than comfortable. Had a really nice stay!
I couldn’t get the hot water in the shower to work and I would have loved the room to have a mini fridge to store some stuff.

The hotel is close to the beach and not far from Brighton centre which is great for getting around. You can pretty much just walk everywhere and it has everything you need close by. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was a good size, I like how it was separate to the bedroom (still private but not in the bedroom).
The breakfast could be a bit better, there wasn’t much selection. But otherwise everything was good for the price!

The hotel is very well located, which made it perfect for our plans over the weekend.
Unfortunately somewhat related to the positive aspect of the location, it was loud outside. However, I accept you can't be perfectly located in the city centre without a level of noise disturbance. But what could have been avoided is the glass bottles bin being used so early in the morning.

Great location, opposite the beach & i360, very quirkily decorated & all the staff were very helpful & friendly
Nothing really, there’s no TV in the room & the restaurant/bar is still being decorated but neither of these things bothered us. Restaurant/bar should be opening in the next few weeks!

Really good location opposite the beach and easy to walk to the train station and to the lanes. Room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great in the morning and all staff were polite and helpful. Would stay again.
The bathroom was a little outdated and could do with a bit of TLC to match the standard of the bedroom.

The room was very modern, spacious and clean with a very comfy bed.
It was a shame there was no TV and the radiator was on and wouldn't turn off so it got quite hot.

Looking back this place was great.
It was cheap and you get according service.
If you look at the price, this place was absolutely great. Rooms are big and clean. If we asked something it was picked up by the staff. The location was pretty good.
They asked for my credit card data including cvc code in Cas "we smash up the room". Like I asked multiple times to delete this data after we leave, since this is not secure for me.
Breakfast was weird, but the second day we understood how it works. Just ask the people for food and drinks
