I really appreciated the cleanliness, coziness, and thoughtfulness with the teas and snacks in the room. Everything was quain, quiet and beautiful. Thank you for a lovely experience.
Working the shower was a little stressful but the instructions helped a lot.

Have stayed here before, so knew the rooms were nice and it was clean.
Have stayed here before with no issues, but this time I couldn't sleep due to a loud noise coming from somewhere in the building all night - like a heating pump/generator/ fan/ washing machine on spin cycle. Owner moved me to another room, but the noise was still there.
Also, having been moved, my room wasn't serviced for 4 days.
Have cancelled my booking for a work trip this month.

We stayed for one night in the White House and it was very easy accessible through clear instructions prior to arrival. The rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. We were very happy about the coffee and tea and also appreciated the biscuits and little chocolates.

I stay in The White House regularly when I am visiting Brighton for work. I always tend to stay at The White House. It is very clean and has everything I need while working away. The owner Omri is very attentive if ever I need anything. I highly recommend

We had the double from, with a balcony - the room was spacious, clean and really comfortable.
It’s a keyless property, which was actually really handy and easy to use!
The extra touches of chocolates / teas / cookies and coffee machine were really lovely! The towels were huge and fluffy! The bed was comfortable!
Only very small problem was the radiator wouldn’t turn off, but I know if we messaged it would have been sorted straight away but it was our last night and we just got on with it. But other than that, outdoor noise but that’s not the property’s fault - would just recommend wearing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
Would happily stay here again!!

Excellent location. Very quiet considering our room was roadside. Large water bottle a nice touch. Comfy bed. Clean bedding and nice towels.
Difficult with a lot of luggage as no possibility to stop nearby as double yellows, but that’s not the properties fault and it is Brighton!
No shampoo?
Very small room, but that’s not the was our choice as only staying one night.

Location excellent.
Rooms quite small and cold. Shower not powerful.
No staff on site, have to call an office in London for any help - one towel left in room for two people, called to get more, advised I would need to go and look for a key and find the kitchen (no directions given, spent 15 minutes wandering around the properly looking for the kitchen, for it to be in the basement with no signs so having to try alot of doors)
Issue with payment, hotel insisting i had not paid despite sitting inside the room (you don't get the door code until payment is made) and providing them with three different confirmation of payments, they tried to charge my card again despite me telling them not to, I actually had to move money out of my bank account to prevent them from taking more.
Apart from the great location, I would not recommend.

Great location, easy to get to by walking from train station. Very clean , tidy , lovely room with all that was needed . Check-in done online. No fuss , no drama . Easily done. The owner is very nice and helpful. 5* . Loved how there was a bottle of water, coffee, tea , kettle, and some chocolates. Great touch . Quiet and peaceful.

Very clean, small but very comfortable room; staff helped instantly when I called and addressed my concern without issue (about the keypad for my room). Slept extremely well!
Surprised by no in-person reception but, again, on-call staff will pick up immediately when rang to help.
