Self-serve check-in excellent. Simple yet easy to use and very comfortable
Road access as on double yellow lines - but really minor matter. Easy walk into Brighton centre, and St Jamess Street or Sea Front both lovely.

Great location. Also a very easy and uncomplicated check in. The room was very clean.
The bed was only 130cm, which is very small for a couple. The room was very small in general. I guess for the location it was good value for money, but it isnt for you, if you are looking for a romantic get away. We probably had the smallest room in the hotel though. The water pressure in the shower was pretty much non existent.

Location near hospital as visiting relative there.
Had to go up 3 flight of stairs, the last one quite steep, this wasn't advertised. For the money paid for one night I would not expect that. But I appreciate it was a last minute booking.

Nice clean comfortable. Good notes on local restaurants etc, very helpful. Nice touch that email sent with contact details. Lovely outside space to sit if weather nice. Near to quirky shops and pubs. Definitely stay there again.
Felt a bit spooky with no staff on site. Be aware that the stairs are quite steep, so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage it may be an issue

A human touch was expected according to the website when booked. This is out of date, all you get is a code for the door, helpful enough person at the end of the 'phone but not the same!

Clean, comfortable, pleasant accommodation in a nice part of Kemptown, approx 15 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton. Plenty of bus options nearby and plenty of eating/drinking options nearby. No reception/staff onsite but contact details in case of any queries.

The room was small (as expected as we chose a small double), but the bed was very comfy with good quality linens. Good value for Brighton and was quiet overnight.
The bathroom was a bit cold, especially the tiled floor. The windows in bedroom and en suite were a bit drafty, contributing to the overall temperature.

Loved our stay at the White House, would definitely recommend to others. Communication with the hosts was amazing, from the email received prior to our stay with all the clear, useful check-in information (we did not physically encounter any staff but digital door codes made the check in process so easy), to during our stay (as we had some questions re late check out) and they were very helpful and quick to respond. The room itself was lovely and clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom also clean (and shower pressure great) with high quality toiletries provided. The location is also amazing being right in the heart of Kemp Town (if you are an LGBT visitor like we are then that's perfect as it's the LGBT hub of town) but even if you aren't - all the main tourist spots of Brighton are within walking distance. Some great cafes for breakfast nearby (Egg&Spoon!). Overall - 10/10 stay, would come again.

Key code entry System which we had trouble getting into room on arrival but thankfully cleaner was there and she let us in and called the owner and sorted it out straight away. She was very
helpful and it was all sorted out very swiftly and professionally
Our Small double room was located on 4th floor. A
lot of steps to climb which left me out of breath lol
Shower not powerful but adequate for a quick shower. I think your would have trouble washing long/thick hair
I would def stay here again and I had no complaints

Wonderful
Very clean and neat, with good amenities (coffee, chocolate, water) and all the basics covered (towels, hair dryer, etc). It is refreshing to stay in a comfortable place that seems like a home.
Bed was comfortable enough, but a double bed made of 2 single mattresses, which sometimes can be tricky. It wasn't for me.
