Staff was very nice. We had breakfast when we arrived and both mornings of our stay. All were very good.
We stay there on a Friday and Saturday night. Since the hotel does not have air conditioning we slept with the windows open. The area is very noisy with loud yelling from people in the area well into the morning. Not a good nights sleep. They have some moderate type lights which do not work very well. We were unable to turn the bathroom lights off while we were there. They know they have a problem with them it’s in the information book. They really should just fix it.

The staff the hotel and the room was great but my only downfall was that the cleaners didn’t clean the room until 3/4 pm when we returning for a nap ! It seemed it was most rooms on top floors but other than that , a great hotel and stay !

Lovely location in a traditional Victorian setting. Well decorated rooms with lots of nice touches.

Location, staff and hotel itself were awesome. Breakfast was excellent and honestly the staff were brilliant. Good location, clean and comfortable
There was a problem with the bath in as much as the press to open/close plug was very difficult to close. Also the spa function did not work.

Very accessible to all amenities, lovely decor , smells wonderful
No lift but that would not stop me from going there again I would definitely be going again
