72 stairs to get to my room! Staff was great in helping to get luggage up and down the stairs

Staffs are very co-operative and helpful. Good location, very close to the sea.
The bathroom is a built in box kind. The window is very old type hard to manage.

the location . the shower was good as long as the shower head stayed in the upright position. tea coffee and biscuits provided and a small quiet fridge. the hotel was quiet
Unfortunately, this hotel has not had a complete refurbishment as is stated on booking.com. Only 2 bedrooms have been refurbished & ours was not one of them. there was wallpaper coming off the walls, paint flaking off the window sills and a window to the fire escape which wouldn't open, the bed was hard (for me anyway), the room wasn't very clean (the bathroom door was filthy) and the 'ensuite' was a pod which took up a good amount of the room. such a shame.

Great central location close to all the restaurants, the beach, the shops. Breakfast at the Regency was great. To be honest when I saw the price I expected worse but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The room was not bad at all, I would definitely stay again.

We wanted to have a nice weekend away, Brighton is a lovely place we spent most of the time outside didn't spend much time in the hotel but when we were in, everything was neat, tidy and comfortable. Staff were also friendly and useful.
The big eyesore i360 on the seafront. I love the sea but at the end of the square there is this big ugly viewing tower that ruins the view of the sea. Knock it down!

Great central locatio the beach is just around the corner, lots of great restaurants and entertainment venues nearby and at an unbeatable price.
Parking is a bit difficult it's free after 8pm but you have to leave before 9. The underground carpark I think it's £25 per day or something like that.
