The staff is helpful and the location is great
Water pressure in the shower head could be a little better . It’s just a suggestion not a dislike

Poor
Centrally located. Comfortable bed.
Basic. Noisy guests. Plumbing could do with service/update. Bags of hotel laundry in the hallway.

The decor and layout is pretty cool from the American perspective, I’m from Las Vegas so I don’t see a lot of antiquity in architecture.
I don’t mind doing a shared bathroom, but The bathroom had a tub with no shower curtain and a handheld showerhead with no mount so you kinda have to do a birdbath thing, that doesn’t take away from the value of the hotel, though. Just seemed like a mentionable inconvenience from the perspective of a tourist would want to unwind and take a shower with both hands free.

Great cheap stay in Brighton, minutes away from Brighton Centre and the beach. The hotel looks a bit run down, but it's clean and the beds are comfortable. They have tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, nice touch.
Shower pressure is not great.

Very close to a lot of important areas, like clubs, the train station, pubs, and the Brighton observation tower . Also you get a bunch of freebies with your room which makes the already affordable price definitely worth it.

This is a well-located hotel, near the seafront, town centre and with restaurants a short walk away. The room was adequately furnished and clean with a surprisingly comfortable bed.
The furnishing is very basic. As a cheap option this is fine and to be expected, but if you want something more aesthetically pleasing, this won’t be for you.
Also, breakfast only started at 8am which is relatively late for a hotel and didn’t work for me as I was staying over on business.

Lovely structure, great location, cozy room :)
It was very hot in the room and it created a lot of humidity. We had a fan but wasn't super affective.
