When we arrived it was definitely beyond what we expected. Good greeting from staff a lovely gentleman at reception, room was beautiful and clean, very spacious! The breakfast deal with the cafe across the road is a good idea very much enjoyed! We will be back again to visit :)

It's location and it's price.
The room was basic and clean and in a good position to my friends wedding. The issue I would say was it was a bit noisy from the front of the hotel as I was in a lower floor room.

If I was nit picking, maybe a new shower head, but not a must! And a small shelf inside the shower to put toiletries on would be useful, but again not a big deal!

Such a lovely hotel, feels like being welcomed in to a home, unexpected continental breakfast was included in the price, not too early check out and had a lovely chat with the owner who made everyone feel so welcome.
If your pretty fit and don't mind the stairs or you could ask for a room on a lower level but it gets your steps in.
Absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back again.

It was close to the beach and the staff were good
The WiFi did not work at all inspite of informing the staff they didn’t manage to fix it and it was on the 4th floor without lifts it’s a tiring walk
