A perfect location right by the beach, well equipped with teas/ coffees and a TV in the room. The staff were some of the most welcoming staff I’ve ever experienced, and always happy to help
The bed was squeaky and the shower was quite weak

Wonderful sea view as promised, very comfortable bed and staff pleasant and supportive.
Powerful street light directly outside room, heavier blackout curtain linings would be good. Cooked breakfast lovely apart from tinned tomatoes in place of fresh.

Nice hotel - very lovely staff - especially Michael ! No cooked breakfast available - chef called in sick.
For those that it might matter to - the lift wasn't working - wasn't a problem for us

Wonderfull hotel, location is perfect by the sea. Staff are all lovely and helpful, rooms are clean and have everything you need.
Very comfortable bed and great showers.
Will definitely book again on my next visit to Brighton.

Lovely room, with gorgeous view of the sea! Comfortable beds and extremely clean.
The shower was a little weak and the room got very hot. There was a fan and offers of more fans but ultimately I wonder if they need air conditioning.
