Check in, taking care of luggage, conceirge.
Unfortunately the facilities were being refurbished and we were not notified of this- the weather wasn't good and we had planned to use the pool and spa, neither of which was available for use. I do believe we should have been informed about this.

Staff as always excellent the concierge are a credit. Lovely fixtures and fittings in the room. Breakfast also excellent plenty of choice and friendly personable staff.
Unfortunately our room had a freestanding fridge which was far to noisy and ruined nights sleep. I did mention to the receptionist and she apologised but doesn't get my lost sleep back ill be staying again August hope it doesn't happen again. A good nights sleep at the grands prices should be guaranteed
