Disappointing
The room were very very small for it to be a 5* hotel, compared to example premiere inn with nice size room big and spacious rooms. Also I was booked in for after noon tea as it was my wife's 30th birthday the tea was lovely however it said with a sea view but there wasn't really a properly view as the blinders were down and could only see through the little gaps !!

The rooms were really comfortable and big and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. It was a very pleasant stay.
Nothing except my mother in law is elderly and the toilet seats were too low for her so we had to bring a toilet seat raiser, it might be an idea for the hotel to keep a few for disabled people.
