Only minor, but the fixed location shampoo, bath gel in a location that it made it difficult to dispense when showering.

Liked the redesigned Albert Room and decor since refurbishment as last time it was looking tied

This is the second time we’ve stayed here for a weekend event, and it definitely did not disappoint. From the fabulous door team, to the reception team (especially Poppy, who was so friendly and helpful) to the attentive and professional Cyan restaurant team, particularly Ana Clara who really looked after us, our weekend was superb. The location is fabulous, the hotel is superb, the rooms and decor are beautiful. Breakfast is varied and really good quality. We loved our second stay here!

Outstanding British, grand seaside hotel. The Conciege was exceptional. The rest of the staff were excellent too. Great location.
