The rooms were really nice and big for the price (for Brighton), the staff were exceptional. Toiletries were really nice.
only decaf pods for the coffee, although these pods made really nice coffee, so even that was a plus!

The room was very well equipped. Daily towel change. Coffee machine, tea making facilities with fresh milk provided daily. Clean sheets after two days. A good choice of breakfast.
The room we stayed in had a slanted ceiling on one side which made it rather awkward for anyone tall to walk around to the side of the bed.

It was super clean, really easy to check in, the room was gorgeous with a stunning bathroom! Loved the complimentary bathroom products provided like shower gel, etc. Also the staff were lovely! I worked in the bar / restaurant during the day, the wifi was great, also the food was delicious too. There isn't one thing we didn't like.
There was nothing. It was a 10/10 stay!

Breakfast was ok, not outstanding. Room amenities were very good, bed comfortable and aircon a big plus.

Excellent location, welcoming, inviting, clean providing every facility you need for a stay.
Traditional setting with modern facilities, but what made it exceptional was the staff! Nothing was too much trouble, helpful, informative and the atmosphere amongst staff was cheerful and supportive.

Great location in Hove, really good size living area in the news (bigger than it looks on the pictures) rooms were great, beds comfy, appreciate the AC. Staff were excellent at check in/check out.
We ran out of hot water on one of the mornings, someone had to have a cold shower. More of a reflection on restaurant rather than accommodation - our waitress was a bit ditzy, and we also had to wait a very long time for our breakfast after ordering.
