Lovely staff, breakfast was good.
Very helpful if you needed anything.
Shower head wasn't the best and leaking.
Would have been better if there was Netflix or Sky.
Duvet was very warm for this time of the year, so just had a sheet which was great instead.

Nice bed and breakfast. Good breakfast. Pleasant room. Good location for hive near centre. Friendly staff. Clean.
It was quite pricey for a small single room but probably reflects Brighton and Hove prices. Parking costs extra and you have to find a space on the road. The bank holiday opens for open art studios and some visitors don't seem to consider hotel guests need to get in and out!

The staff were fantastic, the bed was the comfiest I've slept in at a hotel ever (I have fibromyalgia so I usually just accept I'm not going to get a good night's sleep but I slept really well!). Breakfast was delicious with a gluten free option available. It is a short walk from the central part of Hove and close to some really nice restaurants and bars. Shower pressure was excellent and the toiletries provided were nice. So many nice little touches in the room that you don't realise are nice touches until you see them :)
I forgot to mention this to the staff but the shower in room 1 seems to drain really slowly so I panicked a little about flooding the bathroom (I didn't!)

The service was good if a little slow on our first morning breakfast.
The room was quite small for the price. There wasnt any fruit salad displayed on the buffet so maybe this could be improved.

Its a well-maintained guest house in a good location near main bus routes. Breakfast was very good.
There were no negatives. The reception is daytime only but that wasnt a problem.

Our room had been upgraded so was better than expected. Everywhere looked clean and smart and the breakfast was very good. The hotel was handy for visiting family in Hove and was close to the sea front for a walk along the prom.
