Poor
Location
Tiny beds that people over 6ft will struggle to sleep in. Low quality douvet/pillow. Old chewing gum was stuck on the wall, carpet is filthy looking. No bedside table or any surface in the room.

Fair
The property is located in front of the beach. The staff is courteous and kind. I arrived early so they held my luggage for a fee. They helped me with the luggage to go upstairs.
However, the room felt like a hospital. It’s an old, tall and spacious room that was painted, with a simple bed, a plastic rack with shelves, a carpet, a dresser falling apart, and no night table, or side lamp, or any other light than the ceiling fixture. The bathroom, despite looking clean, had a stench. The sheets and towels looked clean. At night, I couldn’t leave the window open because it was right beside a roof and I was afraid of getting animals inside the room while I was sleeping. The bed felt as if I was sleeping on books. At 6 something in the early morning, someone in the lower floors started shouting and screaming, clearly fighting and begging. This went on for about 30 minutes.

Poor
Location was good
The room didn't have a double bed. It was bunk beds, we asked for a different room but apparently all the rooms have bunk beds. There was no TV, no kettle or coffee making facilities, the room is like a student accommodation or like a prison cell...no way worth the money we paid. Should have been £40 max . Definitely won't be going there again

Poor
The room was 4 th floor no lift
The paint was peeling off the walls
The beds were like kids although comfy mattress
The shower was worse than a bird bath for £ 145 a night , a fair price was 70/80 max
Very helpful guy on reception.

Pleasant
Excellent location
Rooms felt very suffocated, got a bunk bed when we specifically selected 2 singles. Not the staff’s fault but poor management.
