A 4-minute walk from Brighton seafront, the award-winning Snooze is a funky Kemptown guest house filled with colorful, quirky design and inspired 20th-century styling. Everything! The room was so thoughtfully decorated, we felt almost transported. The location was also very nice, very peaceful and quiet. The room was so comfortable! Everything was spotless, and Paul was so kind and helpful before check-in and after check-in! We would love to visit again!

Very well designed and decorated house. Very well operated business model with warm and professional meet and greet contacts by email, text and phone!
Only fellow guests slamming doors at 1am! Nothing owners can do to stop that, although they do ask guests to be sensitive to neighbours’ needs.

Really imaginative themed retro rooms, (worst part is deciding which room 2 stay in)..comfortable bed, good shower and great location for town/beach. Host went above and beyond to welcome and make sure the stay was perfect….absolutely recommend!!

Characterful and incredibly clean room in a really convenient location. Great care has been taken with the decoration and theme for the room we stayed in (2). It was very clean on arrival and we had helpful and clear communication with Paul. The location was great with several close by choices for food and drink. Seafront and city centre were very walkable and we were able to park on the street
