The location was perfect, right on the seafront with an amazing view. The kitchen was a good size and well equipped.
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but totally fine for a few nights - and it was brilliant that this was just automatically set up for us, meaning two independent people could easily share the 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment was quite expensive - but this might well be due to us booking on such a busy weekend in Brighton!

Pleasant
The hotel was perfectly located for my purposes. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The room was very quiet which was excellent to sleep.
I was in the Annex of the hotel, which was nice from a footfall perspective, but the room was not incredibly clean, the mattress had springs that could be felt, and the kitchenette area was worn and I did not even want to use it to make tea, and the shower was working, but was also not very inviting.

Lovely staff, very welcoming. Clean and tidy and (a biggie!) bed and pillows very comfortable! Also, there was a fan in the room, which was great.
The rooms at the back of the hotel overlooked a nightclub (yes, we should have done a bit more research!), so if you would rather get to sleep before 2am, perhaps stick to the front. It is Brighton, and it was a Friday night, so nothing is going to be zen-like - but this was right across the lane. No power sockets by the bed - a minor inconvenience but a bit of a gripe.

Location was great and staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Shower was adequate.
Very dated and needs an update badly. No air conditioning which was tough as weekend was hot, fan was available and helped but was basic. We didn’t realise you had to put sign on door to signal room cleaning service and wondered why the room wasn't been cleaned.. only realised im last day. Didn’t eat in hotel at all.

Great location. Large, clean double room. Comfortable bed. Lovely staff. Decent buffet breakfast.
The place needs a bit of investment and smartening up. Some of the furnishings need renovating.

Gym, spa, pool and sauna were excellent!
Great location and staff were very friendly.
We stayed in family suite which was bigger than expected. Beds were comfy!
Didn’t offer parking deals nearby. Had to pay for a place near the station which was ages away
Also with increasing temperatures, understand it’s an old building but probably worth considering investing in air conditioning. Also some areas could do with a refurb.
Even though breakfast was good, did seem to be a bit of a wait on the morning,

Wonderful
The room was perfect ,we could see the sea and the Peir even though we had a city veiw room. Our room was on the side of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, we could choose from three drinks, orange juice, apple juice and sparkling water. There was a great selection of food to choose from and it was also warm. We did enjoy our time spent in the swimming pool, even though it was quite small it was the perfect size for us!
We would definitely come again!
Nothing!

Location by the pier and sea.
Very dated hotel. It was pride weekend but very expensive for the standard of the hotel room. We stayed in the studios which is an annexe - very hot with tiny windows.
