We were so happy with our stay at The Queen's Hotel. Our room was huge with a fantastic sea view. It was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were big, and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! Staff were so friendly and there was even a lovely play area for kids in the lobby, which my son loved. The pool was great.
Can't fault it.

I found a curly hair attached to the pastry I picked out for breakfast. I mentioned it to one of the staff and they just looked at me and said nothing

Great location. Good pool and fitness club facilities. The room is big enough. Toilets and shower a clean. Very comfortable bed
Old toilets and bathroom staff need to be cleaned and upgraded for that level of hotel.

Great location older style hotel but very clean and well appointed with helpful and friendly staff
The bed in 412 was not comfortable. Very hard and a bit lumpy. Needs a new mattress. If not for that would have been perfect for my overnight in Brighton.

There was a lot of mould on the bath edge
The hotel was in need iof general cleaning and painting

The view was very good, the pool was very nice. Also the jacuzzi was amazing the the room, and staff were friendly.
The bed was very uncomfortable, felt like you were sleeping on wood.

The hotel is perfectly located, just in front of Brighton Pier. You can cross the road and be on the beach, literally. Swimming pool & spa facilities are included in the room rate. We've used the sauna & Turkish bath (perfect to relax end of the day). Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was huge, and the mattress and pillows were so comfy. Everything was super clean (to high standard). Great value for money (at least on a Sunday evening stay). We had an issue with the room key, and reception staff was really understanding and helpful. Surely, will consider returning when visiting again. Thank you
As I had predicted, from the budget price being offered, the hotel requires some TLC. It is a super well-located & heritage style building, but the interiors are a bit outdated, so are the rooms' toilets and the fitness centre/spa. There was poor soundproofing/isolation and you could hear people from other rooms/corridors walking as if they were in your room. Still, overall, everything in the room was super functional, tidy and the BEDS were SUPER COMFY. Just the hotel could benefit from some updates. The staff was really kind, but the CKIN felt a bit impersonal and rushed. Minor details, I would still return to stay for a night, as the price and location make it really attractive and convenient.
