THE ROOMS WERE VERY LARGE AND SPACIOUS. HOWEVER, THE ROOM AND THE BATHROOM WAS NOT VERY MODERN AND THE TOILET KEPT CLOGGING UP. THE SINK AND THE MIRROR HAD A CRACK IN THEM. LOCATION WAS GOOD.
BATHROOM LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED AND I THINK THAT THE OVERALL PROPERTY WAS OLD AND NEEDED MODERNISATION FROM THE ROOMS TO THE FURNITURE IN THE MAIN ENTRANCE.

Great location, staff, breakfast.
Room has a lot of wear and tear dirty carpet & furniture. Bed was uncomfortable as the mattress badly sagged

The pool was great. The room was nice and big and the breakfast was alright, maybe adding granola as well for breakfast would be nice. But lots of veg and fruit was really good
We were on the 1st floor so a lot of nose and lights at night. The stay is quite pricey so would have expected less noise. Also, the toilet was not flushing very well and would usually have to flush twice, which is a waste of water. The room was also hotter than I expected, especially since the halls outside the room were cooler

I appreciate the bed sheets are changed every 3 days but I would still like the beds made, bathroom cleaned and bins emptied daily.

The room was spacious for 3 grown ups, and beds comfortable. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was disappointing. Not much to choose from and didn't look very appetizing. No parking facilities.

There was a nice view of the ocean from our room. The breakfast food was very good. The service during breakfast in their restaurant is excellent. Best carrots sticks ever, to my surprise.
The furniture in the room was disgraceful. It had questionable brown and white stains on the decrepit chairs. It looked like the furniture was picked out of the garbage. There was no AC. The room had 2 rolls of toilet tissue for 4 people for 4 days. My son requested more and they never brought it up. I went to get it and the lady wanted to give me one roll. She was not very pleasant.

Nice location, decent wellness features such as spa, gym and pool, and good breakfast.
Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, toiletries does not includes body lotion, the floor on the room 322 is included the bed head is a bit lower than the foot. The decoration is a bit old. No USB plugs in the room.

Rooms are bright and bed was comfortable. Lots of drawers for storage. Towel warming rack was delightful.
No AC, however that is understandable. Please empower your employees to assist with guests needs. Pay attention to Health & Safety with the breakfast buffet. Coffee machine sprayed hot steam and tasted terrible. One simple change to tongs with teeth may prevent food dropage and risk of people slipping!
Wonderful, patient front desk staff on all shifts. An employed concierge would support their workflow & decrease their stress level.
