Really friendly staff, excellent location. Room was huge, totally unexpected. Good quality sheets. Lovely breakfast.
Furniture was very tired, some needs replacing. Pillows were too firm for me. Shortage of plug sockets.

I liked the pool and spa was disappointed that there wasn’t a jacuzzi
The water in the room was nice and hot and the bath was really comfortable as was the bed

Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Very good dinner. Sea view was fun. Pool was nice.
The toilet was difficult to flush. The shower was like a slow running tap.

Good location, nice, clean hotel. Lovely staff.
We had a bad experience with a Brighton air bnb a couple of months ago for our wedding anniversary where location was too filthy to stay in. We needed to find an alternative place to stay and booked a room at Queens. When the receptionist at queens heard what had happened to us, she spoke to the manager and they gave us an upgrade.
We have been staying at queens since late 1990’s and we have never had a bad experience.

for the money we paid the hotel is a little dated but excellent facilitiies especially the swimming pool and spa, had a lovely stay
