Lovely and clean, very comfortable bed and great location
Would like to have had a curtain round the bath for a bit of privacy.

The room as well as the whole house is tiny, but sufficient for a few nights. It offers really good value for the money. The room and shared bathroom was perfecly clean, and the bed was comfy. The biggest advangate is the location - it's just a few steps from the beach, city centre and Brighton Palace Pier.
The area is a bit noisy, especially on Friday nights. There're a lot of bars around. But is's predictable, as it's close to the city centre.

Very friendly, clean and great location. Plenty of storage and plug sockets.
The room was a bit small but was manageable. Bit weird having the shower in the same room as the bed.
