The property was a very good standard and location. No complaints.
Unfortunately the property management company use some quite deceitful tactics in order to get non refundable deposits out of people. On the eve of our arrival, we received a link asking for a deposit and warning us that this would expire in a matter of hours. What it does not make clear in the text is that there are apparently two options, one refundable (hidden at the bottom of the page beyond the card details) or a non refundable one where the page opens. We would happily pay a refundable deposit and treated the property with care. Take care when booking where this property management company are involved.

Great location, good cooking facilities and living room area.
Not clear on booking.com that you must pay £50 non refundable fee or 500 refundable fee. Speaking to the hosts this was never explained clearly. Very uncomfortable beds.

Very spacious and comfortable, has all home comforts and more, is very much home from home setting.
The layout was alittle challenging to what our family is use to as the property is over 3 floors and one of the bedrooms at least should have a double bed instead of all rooms being 2 single beds and the parking was very difficult as it was extremely tight to park due to very small and limited space. Overall this didn’t really put us off and I do recommend this property for larger groups of guests and large families.

Close proximity to local attractions . Clean, warm, bright and well decorated. Nice comfy surroundings.

The location was great. We had no problems parking and the neighbours were very kind when parking. It was mostly clean but there were hairs on the bathroom walls and on one of the pillows in the bedroom.
The fridge did not work when we arrived which meant most of our food was inedible for our stay. The door handle to the bottom floor bedroom was on the floor as we arrived which was concerning for safety.

Property was quiet and close to places of interest. Parking was important as there is no where to park in Brighton.
Shower was poor and the shower curtain smelt bad. Third bedroom was in the garage with no windows.
