Lovely hotel clean and welcoming., Great location and everything you need for a stay. Loved the little extras in the room. Snacks were great and the breakfast bits were perfect. I would definitely go back

We really enjoyed the hotel room. It was clean and comfortable. A very large window brought in so much natural light. We were in room #6, the top floor, which might have been a concern with it being so hot during this heatwave, but the hotel provided a portable floor air conditioner, which completely cooled the room down while we were in it. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best I've slept in.
The hotel location was just a few minutes walk from the beach and Brighton Pier, and a 10 minute walk to Royal Pavillion & The Lanes. An excellent location. An added perk was the digital guidebook the hotel created. We accessed this throughout our time in Brighton while on the go. It featured many restaurants, attractions, and pubs. Found it very handy. Highly recommend this hotel.
This isn't so much of a dislike, but more of a heads-up for those who book a room. Check-out time is 10am. You can, for a small fee, extend check-out until 12pm, but the hotel can only store your luggage until 2pm. Our train back to London wasn't until 5pm, so we had to roll luggage around the city throughout the afternoon. There is a city luggage storage area near the Brighton train station, but didn't see that until we got close to our London departure time. If you plan to stay in Brighton for the day after checking out, I recommend utilizing the city luggage storage by the station after checking out of the hotel.

Good
Perfect location, close to nightlife, food, shopping, and close to the sea. Even though the room was street level it was pretty quiet.
When we arrived no one was there to let us in so we had to wait for them to arrive, it was just a few minutes though. The water in the shower was cold the first morning, I texted the manager and never heard back so just took a cold shower. I found her in the lobby area a few hours later and she said there was a pressure issue but it had been resolved. It was but it would have been nice to have had a reponse to the text instead of having to seek one out.

Pleasant
Nice position, plenty of nice restaurants and bars around, close to the seaside.very clean
Small room for that price, walls too thin, you can hear everything, not enough heating and that weekend was pretty cold. A noisy air-conditioning, obviously useless for the time.of the year, as it was cold, and the bed, if you think a couple on holidays for a romantic weekend, we'll you can't have a very noisy and squeaky bed...

Beautifully decorated rooms that are well equipped, very clean and very comfortable! Friendly and helpful staff. Central location close to everything, but still very quiet and peaceful in the rooms. Highly recommend!

Wonderful
Excellent and helpful communication from the owners. Clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.
Other residents in the hotel were very noisy but not much the owners can do about this.

Location was excellent, room was very clean and fairly quiet. Snacks were a nice touch!
Room was super tiny (which I was expecting) and there was no lobby or any public area, which I think could have been explained more clearly.

Wonderful
Conveniently situated for The Lanes and beachfront. Comfortable bed and appreciated nice touches such as fridge, snacks, electric blackout blinds and charging hub for mobile devices. The room was spotlessly clean and well arranged. Bed was comfortable with easily accessible bedside lamps for reading. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Friendly and easy check in.
Can’t think of anything

Pleasant
The location was excellent and felt very secure and quiet.
Sorry but it was cold in the room. One small radiator was totally insufficient and no heating in the tiny en-suite at all. We asked for another heater and extra blankets for the bed which were readily provided.

Location was excellent, close to pier and short walk from shops/restaurants and the Brighton Centre where we were going for an event
Another heater in room would have made it more cosy

Excellent location and easy check in, great location to the main sites and sounds of Brighton. The hotel staff were lovely
The £15 for an earlier check in is steep and should be optional for people

Spacious room, nice extras like ear plugs, snacks and air conditioning unit. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Noisy, but to be expected when you are on the doorstep of the action. No breakfast but some great options available near by - Red Roaster was exceptional.

Location and room
While I understand that not having staff is cost effective, having to look through my phone with my rubbish eye sight trying to find access codes and details on how to check in and out was annoying especially as I received 7/8 messages once I had booked which were all very long but some had minor details like the access code.
I spent around an hour looking at the device I was trying to get away from and I’m reasonably tech savvy, my mum would have had a meltdown
