I had a truly excellent stay here.
The entire staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. I interacted more with the evening staff, and they were truly adorable and obliging. It was brilliant to be able to eat at the hotel in the evening; the dishes were very good and afordable. It was incredibly practical, and I'd likely rebook this hotel specifically for that reason if I return to Brighton especially in winter.
The bedding was extremely comfortable. This is the first time I haven't had back pain even once while sleeping in a hotel bed!
The shower products provided were of quality.
The cakes offered alongside the tea set were a real bonus and a lovely thoughtful touch.
I highly recommended! it was a great stay !!
The only downside—which is clearly mentioned, so it's not a flaw—is that the shower and toilet are on the landing. I was worried about forgetting my keys in my room and locking myself out, and then have to disturb the staff haha xD but thankfully it s not happen.

Nice room in great location, very quiet and clean. Staff very friendly, nice chats and very welcoming. We even had a bit of a sea view. Good beds.
All good, except toilet door could do with an upgrade, it's a bit like a cupboard door

Owner who checked us in was delightfully friendly and carried our suitcase to our room. Also explained the Parking to me.
